I called and they made me a very quick appointment, sent the exact right number of reminders and showed up exactly as they promised.Did the work needed and called as agreed... the whole process ran like clockwork. I had a great experience with this company and the technician, Mario. He immediately showed up as promised, provided excellent communication, and explained the problem and fix. He is reliable, trustworthy and just plain friendly. The company was not looking to make a quick buck. Instead, you can tell they are trying to build a relationship with the customer. Just an honest company and technician. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

We had a leak in our rental house. Called at 7:45am and they were at the house at 10am. Excellent communication from start to finish. Have worked with 3 technicians and all are thorough, efficient, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Definitely will use again!

Outstanding customer service and transparency throughout. All prices were agreed upon before any work started. Clancy even texted me a video from inside plumbing pipes to show exactly what he was describing. Prices could maybe be a little lower but I'm not disappointed with the service! I recommend Action Air to anyone needing plumbing repairs!

Our technician Ed was very kind and professional. He walked us through everything he was doing and gave good explanations for everything. Afterwards he sat and talked to us about our unit and long term plans. He didn’t try to sale us anything but his kindness made us want to be long term customers after our first visit. I highly recommend in fact I have already told several people just how pleased we were. And the lady that answered our phone call was very nice and prompt I mean I called at 8 am and Ed was here at 8:45 which was probably drive time to get to my location. The problem was fixed within 30 minutes with an affordable price. Again I highly recommend 10/10!

I had already had 2 other plumbers out. Nothing was done - they came they looked they even broke parts, then never returned or answered calls. I called Action they were so nice- listen to my list of problems. Came out the next morning look at everything and gave me an estimate. He did not just say this is what it is, he went over each option and explained it to me. We then agreed on the work. Started the work on the same day and completed it all. Great service the whole time. Thanks so much for being a reliable company😊

Jon was the technician that came to our property. We had some pooling in our lawn after the rain, & were unsure if our septic was sinking, or if it was even in the location where the pooling occurred. Jon worked hard to secure the location & evaluated whether or not we needed additional work on it. He was very knowledgeable, professional & a true pleasure to work with. We will most definitely call him again when we need septic work, & will highly recommend Action to all our friends & neighbors!!!

I'm an RSM at an AT&T AR. I called Action Air at 11:30 a.m., and they had someone out at my store at 12:45 p.m. Carson was AMAZING!! He was respectful and easy to talk to. He also diagnosed + repaired our A/C unit in less than an hour! Before leaving he made sure that all his i's were dotted. Carson gets a 5-star rating in and of himself. Our whole transaction with Action Air, from the lady who answered the phone and scheduled us to Carson's diagnosis and repair, was an easy and pleasant experience! Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Action Air & Plumbing were the only plumbers in Lubbock available and willing to come help with an emergency plumbing issue. Every other company said they were too busy… Ryan came out to fix our busted pipe flooding the alley way and was on time and thorough. All I can say is 500 stars these guys literally saved me $6000 dollars after another companynin town lied to me and said I had to bust my foundation and replace my plumbing do to blockage which action was able to clean out and fix within 2 hours and showed us everything on live camera these guys ROCK if u want honesty definitely call them they will take care if you.
