Shannon was great to work with. The urethane foam techs and crews that came out were great as well. The price was most reasonable. The work got done in just a couple days and I'm anxious to see the impact it will have especially on our comfort.I can easily recommend Foam Tech if you're in the market. I sprayed urethane foam (commercial applications as Foam Tech does this as well) for several years but that was back in the 70's. The technology has changed and Foam Tech has kept up with this as well; some others have as well, but some are back in the 70's and differences are significant.Thanks, Shannon!

The experience with foam tech was excellent, start to finish. I needed to insulate my 30x50 shop with closed cell foam. I worked with shannon on a quote and after little bit of negotiation we came to an agreement. Installation was setup less than a week from agreement. Arthur and Lionel were the installers and within 2 days completed a 30x50 shop, with gables and roof, including cleanup. The entire experience with Foam Tech was exceptional!

I am so glad I chose Foam Tech for my attic insulation project.Team was amazing from start to finish! Removed existing insulation and applied foam insulation.Keaton was quick to respond, quick to provide an estimate, a great communicator and patient with my questions. Jay and Shelby spent all day working in tight spaces but made sure the job was done properly. They generously gave an extra inch of spray foam then what we agreed on.I would use them again. We used FoamTech for spray foam insulation. I was pleased with the price and the work that was performed. If I had any kind of constructive criticism I would say that I wish they were more attentive with the communication. I didn't have any major problems and all expectations I had of the job itself were done to my satisfaction and even exceeded my expectations in a few places. I'd say that overall great job, just work on the communication. If I would have been able to give 4.5 stars I would, but that's not an option, the job was better than 4 star though so I didn't ding them down to 4, work on communication and it would be 5 star all around.

I wanted to express my appreciation for such a fantastic job Foam Tech did on my roof. For several years I had trouble with my flat roof on my business. I hired a roofer who did not complete the work correctly. Foam staff guaranteed my office roof would not leak. True to their word it did not. They did such a fine job and would highly recommend them.

Had a hiccup at the start, but Bradley stepped up and Foam Tech took care of the issue without question. Arthur sprayed the foam and did a GREAT job. Arthur made sure it was exactly how I wanted it and worked late to make sure it was done on time. I appreciate all the hard work and would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

I called the Lubbock office on Wednesday the 28th of October to get a quote for spray foam on a new barn. The guy gave me the quote and I accepted it. He asked if he could call me back the next day and get more information and to schedule it and I said yes. Today is November 5th and I never got a phone call back or a voicemail.

Called for an estimate due to major roof damage from a bad storm that destroyed part of our roof. Finally got ahold of them asked if they were associated with carpet tech, they stated they were not and “proud to say it” Said they would be here first thing in the morning, never showed up. I called them asking where they were at and if they were still coming and the response was “OMG I forgot”. He asked to schedule another time...why would I do that when you can’t even keep your first appointment and much less want someone to do business with you when they can’t even remember an appointment they scheduled?!? Talk about being proud to say you aren’t a “certain” business make sure your ducks are in a row first!!
