I just felt it necessary to share my experience with this company. I had my roof as well as several others on my block done2-6-2024. I can’t tell the level of disrespect given by this group. I had property damage, two of the roofers on my patio kicked my dog in the face when she started through the doggy door. I spoke with Mr. Crawford and he was very unprofessional. I kept my dog inside all day to allow these men to do their job and as they finished up I went outside to make sure they were done,seeing no one on the roof I put the lock back on my gate and I jam a piece of wood up against the gate just for added protection. came back inside and looked out front and saw them loading up their equipment so I then opened my back door so my dog could go outside. It had been 15 or 20 minutes since I had opened my back door and all of a sudden I heard my dog let an out a horrific scream so I shot to my back door. I saw two young men on my patio and I looked up and Mr.Crawford was on my roof so I called him with my complaint about my dog. This man said he didn’t see it happen yet I was staring at him on my roof,on the phone with me and the two men on my patio laughing. I live in a townhouse and the part of the roof he was on overlooks my patio as well as my backyard. I ask him how these men got back in my yard because I had locked it up. I assume they jumped off the roof or climbed over the fence that being the only way they could have gotten back in my yard. I was told they came back to clean up. That was a lie they had already picked up chunks of metal, paper the shingles came in and barely blew off the mess. I didn’t realize the damages until I went out and saw planters broken, my patio umbrella is bent, they blew that debri/sand all over my pavers , patio furniture, and huge piles of it still all over the place. I was also very upset when I saw that a box and a small sack of trash I set next to my door was taken and thrown behind my barbecue grill. Thats just ridiculous. I also had damage to items in the front of my home as well. I work with the public every day and I have to be courteous and professional. I would never recommend these people to do any type of work for anyone. I am not the only one who had issues with this company but my neighbors did as well. I did send pictures to the property manager as well.

This company not only does great work, but also stands behind it. I was extremely happy with the roof they put on almost 4 years ago, and my respect grew even more when they came and did a repair on an area that was leaking along the edge of the roof under warranty. They work hard to earn your business, and keep it.Thank You, Bryan and Chaney!!

This roofing company was the best and easiest to work with contractor I have ever had a roof shingle replacement.The work was was professional and completed as to what I wanted.This guy's completed my roof job so fast I was amazed and so was my insurance.Great warranty and will be there to back it.Happy customerService: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

Chaney's family has been in Lubbock since the early 1920's.Chaney Johnson has 25 years experience in the roofing industry.I feel compelled to put in a great word for this Co. In hindsight, I feel privileged to have stumbled upon them.-I got 5 bids, only went with them because they were lowest, knowing I would pay some out of pocket due to oddball insurance policy I discovered I had.-Immediate, and I mean immediate, response every time. Phone, email, text. From first call, to bid, to picking color, to signing contract, to follow-up…..Didn’t matter. Always right there!-Owner Cheney, Mgr. James, and the 6-man roofing crew, were all highly professional and courteous. Very trustworthy. Felt really comfortable throughout the entire process.-Roof started right on time, and done less than 8hrs. Later…. The crew really hustles! The trailer did not sit in my driveway night before and was gone same afternoon.-The roofing crew accidentally removed some rolled roofing on my patio that was only 6 years old, and not part of the deal. James covered it no charge. So got new rolled patio roofing free. No questions asked….-I had an issue with Ins check expiration date. Cheney comforted me on that delay as well, and finished the job with only 20% payment...-I’m not easily impressed.....Ha. But these guys went far above and beyond my expectations. Will definitely be my first call going foreword!

If you need a new roof and want peace of mind, Johnson Roofing is hands down the best! Chaney, the owner told us up front, that he would take care of everything, even the insurance, so we would not have to pay anything out of pocket. There were absolutely no surprises. Our roof is scary steep, but these guys came out and installed a gorgeous roof for us! They warned us that because of the pitch it could be a two day job, but nope! They finished in a day!
