Jones & Associates did an excellent job replacing our upstairs window. The original window to our home was fully rotted and needed to be removed. Jones & Associates was very professional, provided a fair estimate, and we didn't have to pay anything until after the install was complete. I will definitely recommend Jones & Associates to anyone who needs roof work done. Immediately impressed by the fact that they send you a picture of the representative who's coming to your house via text before they get there. The representative, Mark, assured me that I wouldn't be out any more money than what my insurance expected me to be out, while also letting me know that they would be providing a superior product by way of better shingles than other companies. He was upfront with me that there were delays with the shingle manufacturer so it would be a little while before my roof could be installed. A co-worker was having a roof worked on at the same time and the company they used left them waiting for months without any explanation about the shingle delay. Another company I had requested a quote from didn't call me back until the same time that Jones let me know that the shingles were in and scheduled my install, so they obviously were also waiting for the shingle manufacturer but didn't share that information with me and just left my waiting. So glad I'd gone ahead and moved forward with Jones. The installers got to my house early in the morning, before 8:00 a.m., and I got the call that they were done with my total roof replacement (including removing and decking over an old A/C unit) by 1:30pm. And they came back to my house that evening after I got off of work to make sure that my gas water heater didn't have any negative impacts from the repair. The office was great about me splitting the cost between two cards, and were very clear about when and what paperwork I could expect to receive. I have since received the paperwork via email and two different mailed copies of everything that was needed. I highly recommend this company to everyone.Service: Roof installation

Very disappointed. I sent Jones &Associates the estimate that the insurance company provided. There was bent metal to be replaced, sealant and extended screws to be taken care of. The only work performed was rescrewing. I have this documented with video security camera recording. When will the agreed work be performed?

I called Jones & Associates two weeks ago when I could not get a response from the company that installed our steel siding years ago. We had a section that was rusting and Warren, from the other company, came out on Sept 6th and that was the last we saw or spine to him. I left two messages, received a response from the first one, and as of today, have not heard back. In defense of the company, when Dave was running his business, service WAS outstanding.I wasted a month waiting. After my last message, I called Jones and they were more than willing to come out & look at my problem. Robert arrived on time and gave an immediate estimate. He said that their work would be warranted. He could not match our lightest color, but suggested using the trim color since the area was free standing. It was a great suggestion and it looks great!!He said it would take maybe 10 weeks for order, delivery, etc, so I was surprised when Pete called yesterday and was ready to install today. Pete did a fabulous job and the trim colored section looks so good! Thank you, Robert, for the suggestion. Thank you, Pete. Your installation is top notch.Jones & Associates have our utmost respect, future business, & referrals. They were willing to do a small job and replace rusted siding that was not their materials or installation. Thank you so much!!

They resurfaced my patio/porch and Tyler and Noah, "thejonesboys" were fantastic ...hard workers transforming an ugly place into a beautiful patio/porch that I now call my happy place. I will definitely recommend them because "the proof is in the pudding" and I have the pudding. We were impressed with Jones & Associates from the very start. Jones & Associates provided us an exceptional experience for this huge renovation project. From the initial contact with Ginger and Lara in the office, to the many times we met with Will with material adjustments, to meeting with Jake for measurements, and to the completion of the project with Pete, Jacob, and Isaac, everything went smoothly. It has been very easy to work with all members of the Jones & Associates team. We truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism.A major renovation of this type, replacing 19 windows and totally redoing the outside, is a huge undertaking and can cause disruption. This was not the case here. The great attention to detail by Pete, Jacob, and Isaac was nothing less than superior. The crew's work space was always clean and organized.
