Kincaid was great to work with, very responsive and professional. We had a damp spot in our ceiling—Brien came out and identified where water was penetrating the roof. He also pointed out a leak-prone, poorly-installed vent pipe above a bathroom, which I appreciated. Kincaid came and repaired both issues and the roof has been working great ever since!

They were awesome! I had damage during a rainstorm - which as most know is pretty rare in Lubbock. But I was also in the process of selling and closing on my house so needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. Kincaid Roofing came out and assessed the damage and gave me a quote and got me scheduled as quickly as possible so I could still move forward with my closing. We even had freezing weather move in and hamper their scheduling, but they still got it done. They were easy to work with, professional and affordable. Thanks Kincaid Roofing!

We have used them twice and they were excellent each time. Treated the house as if it were theirs. Did no harm to our new flower beds. Cleaned up after themselves. Like many others in Lubbock, my old roof was damaged pretty badly by the huge hailstorm earlier this summer. Kincaid provided professional, fast, and friendly service. I had a leak in my roof during our recent heavy rains. Kris showed up on the same day and patched the roof. The patch held next several days of heavy rain and hail. No more leaks!! When it was time to replace the roof – the Kincaid team did it all in one day. They showed up first thing in the morning. They were done and everything was cleaned up before I came back home. The team was very friendly and kind – I had to interrupt their work during the day and asked them to move the roll-off container from the driveway so I could get my car out of the garage. They did it right away even tho it was kinda a hustle and they still finished on time! At the end of the day, Kris stopped by to check if everything was good and double checked there were no nails.
