Nate came for my maintenance this spring and he was prompt which I appreciated! He quickly but thoroughly cleaned my inside and outside units and informed of any issues. Arrived on time and reasonable. Just purchased my home and learned a lot about my current unit. Technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He had my HVAC up and cooling quickly. But what I appreciate most is how they double checked everything enen showing me photos with solutions that didnt break the bank. We found a workable plan to get what i want done. No heavy upsell like others. Now I understand why they get 5 Star reviews. I know I am pleased.

After more than one troubling experience with this company, I guess it's time to look elsewhere.The most recent frustration was being unable to get a return phone call after being told twice in one day that someone would call me right back. I was trying to close on a new house and the inspection showed some concerns with the HVAC. Being able to speak to someone quickly was important because the closing was a few days away. After not receiving a call back after five days, I called again only to be told they didn't know why I wasn't contacted.

Thank you, Eric, for your amazing patience & knowledge!In November I had to get a complete new HVAC. My installation team leader was Eric. That man is patient! His customer skills are top shelf. I was so nervous about this expenditure and he and the three other installers were calm and knowledgeable. When my system quit Lubbock was having freezing weather. Eric set up two space heaters that evening so I wouldn’t be cold. Once the job was done it looked as if they had never been there! Amazing! I slept the rest of the day in total bliss. Such a great company. Over the phone I informed them that my AC wasn’t cooling off like it usually did. They got me scheduled the early part the following week. Josh gave me a rough estimate on the service but also told me about their membership to getting two cleanings and preparation done a year. The tech came out and took care of minor issues without a charge and then ran the numbers on the cost of my actual repair. My AC is running perfect now. The fan in my AC unit stopped spinning last night so the house wasn’t cooling very well. I called On The Double at 8AM this morning after looking at reviews did different places. Eric was scheduled to for 11AM and was on time. I wasn’t expecting to be able to get serviced so quickly! Some parts needed to be replaced and Eric was super informative and able to answer all my questions. (I had A LOT!) He was so patient and professional. We found the right package for my budget and he got my parts replaced. I’m set up with the rewards program now so I can keep up with maintenance.
