Our entire house exterior needed renovating: Roof, Siding, all Doors and all Windows. West Texas Exteriors was the most affordable, most friendly, most flexible with financing, and time and again they outperformed not only the other companies, but themselves. They started AND finished my job earlier than originally anticipated, and they hold their work to HIGH expectations. They actually came BACK out to our home to rehang some doors that weren't to THEIR standard (I had no complaints from the original installation - they just came out and improved it all on their own!). Everything looks beautiful, and I feel like I'm in a brand new home. I 100% recommend Bart Kelly's team and West Texas Exteriors for ANY work you want done on your home. I had seven windows and siding put on the front of my house. After the crew finished the job, I delayed releasing the payment from the loan company. I assumed the owner would come and inspect the job. I waited and eventually got a message asking when I was going to authorize the payment. I replied that I was hesitant to do so because there were several things that needed to be done and the quality of the work was questionable. I reluctantly authorized the payment and never heard from them again. They never inquired as to what my concerns were. I just let it go. Recently, I noticed that two of the windows were leaking. The water damage had been hidden from my view by curtains. I called W.T.E. and they said they would have someone come out and look at it in days to months, they were very busy. Besides the water damage there were several things that were just not done well that I am not going to list because this review is long enough. I am extremely disappointed. I’m trying to be restrained but I’m really not happy right now. I spent all that money that I really don’t have for a subpar job at best. W.T.E. seems to have good reviews and the owner said he wanted to do the job right, I guess I’m the unlucky one. I think the problem was the crew he contracted with. To end on a positive note, I did get a new shower different installer that I was 100% satisfied with.

(One day we even got a cute little blondie who worked super hard right by his dad! He later was invited to take a dip in the pool for all his efforts!)The crew cleaned up after themselves & the company made sure we were satisfied before leaving. We called them recently to come back after we had some remodeling done & they made everything look perfect! We highly recommended using them!

My home needed siding and updating. Bart came, we discussed options and he gave me a quote that day. The work was completed timely and everyone worked well and they were respectful. I actually had more done for me than I expected and even after the job was completed, clean up and finishing touches were included. We had a couple of repairs that needed to be made to siding that was installed by West Texas Exteriors. We also had a window that needed to be replaced due to glass breakage. I never received a bill for the work. I called to "square up" and I was told this was all covered by warranty. I recommended them after the initial job was completed. This is just an addendum to say...great company, great work. Couldn't recommend enough! Wouldn't use anyone else!

We just replaced the windows on our home in January. We can already tell a difference in the warmth of the house and we have commented that the heater doesn’t have to run very long to make it comfortable. Bart came and visited with us regarding the quote, then Colt did the measurements and placed the order. Isaac replaced the windows and did an excellent job. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with! When we replace our roof this spring, we will be calling them again!

Our impression of this company began with Bart Kelley. We were impressed with his integrity, his attention to detail and he is a man of his word. He was always on time for appointments, made suggestions and took notes as to how we wanted our home to look, then followed through and made sure all was done to our satisfaction. There were no hidden costs in his estimate; nothing added to the original quote. The men who work for Bart speak highly of him as well.We were impressed with the character and workmanship of the men, Abe & Jacob who carried out the plans from Bart to put siding on our home. Their attention to detail was amazing! Even our neighbors noticed and commented on how good of a job was being done and how nice it looked. The guys did a fantastic job, and it looks beautiful! We are thrilled with the new face lift for our home, and we would never consider having any other company for windows or siding installation. Every piece of trash was picked up from our lawn/driveway twice a day, and they had us look over the house before leaving to make sure that we were satisfied with the job.

I have now had two experiences with West Texas Exteriors.First was last year -2020- my husband and I were going to get the windows replaced at our old house. We called a few places, WTE being one. The owner came out himself looked at everything and after talking for a bit explained why it wasn’t necessary to replace our windows just yet. WOW! He could’ve just given us a price like everyone else and let us spend the money, but he was more concerned about our well-being than his pocket. A truly genuine man.This year -2021- we bought a new house that had the original terrible windows from the 70s with painters tape all around it. Dirt, heat and wind were constant companions.I am expecting our first child at the beginning of next year, so we knew we wanted the windows replaced before baby. It was a no brainer to call WTE.Dan came out, was very honest about price and which windows were a necessity. Never pushy, always honest.He was upfront about their current wait times due to Covid & shipment times, before he even gave us the quote. We knew that it was a high possibility that the windows wouldn’t be able to be installed until around or after baby’s due date, but knew it was necessary so we went ahead and paid our deposit.Come November, I get a call from WTE saying our windows are in, and because of our current circumstance with baby due any day, they want to get us in as soon as an installer was available. WHAT? WOW! About a week later they call saying they have an installer available for the next day and made sure that worked with us.They were on time, completely trust worthy (we had to leave for a funeral and didn’t have to worry about who was in our house while we were gone) and got everything done so quickly.The windows look GREAT. They cleaned up after themselves and were so polite.I can’t recommend West Texas Exteriors enough. We will never use anyone else as long as WTE can do the job.Service: Window installation

Bart and his team are the best! After a major hail storm, we had to replace several windows and some siding. Bart listened to what we wanted and Issac worked diligently to get everything just right. In 2006 my husband and I decided it was time to work on the outside of our home. We called West Texas Exteriors. Bart came out to our home we explained tht we wanted the seamless siding and new windows. A plan was put together and the work began. Bart and his team were very professional and you never had to worry about when they were going to show up. Every day and regular as clockwork. Cleaned up everything before they left every day. So, today we had to have access holes cut under the for plumbing issues. I called Bart and ask if would be possible for them to come out and put in a couple of access doors. Once again a plan was put together and they are coming out to solve our problem. For 13 years I have never had a problem with the siding or the windows. West Texas Exteriors was there for us again, 13yrs later. In my opinion you will never find a better company. Thank you West Texas Exteriors.

We had siding put on our house a few years ago. This past year we had some damage and when I asked about having the damage repaired the response was quick and positive. The team at West Texas Exterior came out within a few days, replaced the damaged siding and made it all look brand new. Mr Kelly and his staff were very nice throughout the process. We've made a lot of improvements to our "fixer upper" house, but the new windows installed by West Texas Exteriors are by far our favorite improvement. Our new windows West Texas Exteriors installed were better than we imagined! The price was very reasonable and we were able to have our soffits covered too! All of it for less than other companies we're going to charge for only windows! We have already noticed a drop in our electric bill. I highly recommend Bart and his guys!

This company is great! We have had great customer service, they did a great job on our siding. After they put our siding on the dumpster truck hit our cable wires and ripped off the siding in the back. I called and they came right out and repaired it. Then several months ago we were getting a roof put on and they messed up the siding. Once again I called and they came right out and repaired the roofers mess. Bart has always been very helpful every time we've called.

We had Bart Kelley and his crew replace all the windows in our home. We have noticed a significant reduction in the amount of sand coming in. We have also noticed a drop in our electric bills. We did not realize until this past Christmas just how energy efficient our windows were. Our son received a thermal imaging camera as a gift. He turned it on in our home and pointed it at our large 6 foot square sun room windows. We were shocked to see we had more "hot spots" at our foundation. The windows had virtually no heat loss. No wonder our electric bill is so reasonable summer and winter!

Tanner Kelley from West Texas Exteriors came out to our ranch house which is a long way out of town. He measured everything for new windows and siding, including soffit covering of all wood on the exterior of the house. The workers came out and did all the work in less than a week! They had to replace a bunch of rotten boards and did not charge us any extra (no surprises!). All the metal siding looks beautiful, and the view out of the new windows is gorgeous! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the travel required. I couldn't be happier!
