We have a defective window, a representative came out 4 months ago and told us he was ordering a new window. We have not heard from them since. We had all our windows replaced 2 1/2 years ago. Here is a picture of the sand leaking in from the defective window. I would not recommend them.Service: General window replacement

Tanner Potts sold us on Woodbridge Windows’ triple-paned windows in October of 2022. Despite the fact that these windows were significantly overpriced compared to the shopping we’d done with Renewal By Anderson, we decided to purchase through Woodbridge because we thought the lifetime warranty and customer service would be superior. We were wrong.Woodbridge didn’t install our windows until January and exactly 3 days after, we noticed 2 screens were torn and one window had cracked all the way through. (The install team shattered our original windows and we are still picking up shards of glass from our yard.) My husband put in a service/repair order in late January and we STILL have not had anybody contact us regarding the repair. I’ve called and left numerous messages. I spoke to Lana on March 8th and had a “2nd repair request” placed. Lana promised a callback yesterday, March 12th, and did not follow through.We are beyond frustrated with this company especially since these windows averaged about $1800 EACH. The customer service and follow-through are not there. If I could go back and use someone else I would. The sales team can talk the talk but also when it came down to it they didn’t follow through. They got the contract signed and never looked back. Heck we had to get on Facebook to get In touch with our sales person because he wouldn’t call us back. The installation was horrible. The first team who installed our windows damaged our home and installed the windows incorrectly plus our order was wrong. It took us almost 7 months for them to correct the window and damage. The second team was so much better and I appreciate their work but I still have issues that have not been resolved and each department is blaming the other for the mistakes. I don’t care what department is at fault I believe the company as a whole should step up and make things right. They claim they hadn’t been able to contact me the whole time but for some reason the finance department spoke to me on a regular basis inquiring as to how the repairs were coming along. I still have unpainted window frames and damage in my home and I still have the finance company wanting to know if the work is done so payments can start but no follow up from anyone else. Please rethink before using this company.Service: Window installation

I got both windows and doors. Doors cost a lot more, and not worth the price. The windows are amazing.The people who installed the windows were great. The people that installed the door were okay.Customer help services are wonderful when you can get a person, but you leave a message then it will be rare to get a call back.Been waiting over a month to hear back about my door.

I called to let Woodbridge know that some of my windows were leaking and they told me they couldn’t find where I purchased the windows from them then proceed to tell me that I had to pay up front for them to come and fix. Which I don’t think I should have to since they shouldn’t be leaking water on the inside if they were sealed right, but I never heard from them again

Had an appointment for sat August 19th at 10am 2023. I waited for 2 hrs for the person to show and give me an estimate, and they never arrived, or called or texted or emailed, I called and was hung up on, called a second time the gentleman I talked to was rude and acted like he didn't care. I was informed they had no one to do an estimate in my area, then was informed that he didn't know when someone would be in our area. Then he hung up. I was referred by a family friend about Woodbridge. Now I wouldn't refer my worst enemy.

I had windows replaced and have had nothing but trouble with them letting air and dirt into the house. I was assured that not of this would be a problem. It has been nothing but a problem. I have tried for 2 months to get someone to call me back and the recording always says they are on another line. It goes on to say we will call you back within 60 min. Sounds fair but it never happens. 2 month of no one responding and I am really frustrated that I spent alot of monet and can't get a live person to respond.Service: Window installation

WORST experience ever....I had a patio door, a new inside door and 2 storm doors installed over 3 months ago, the install team was in a hurry and rushed they did a terrible job. I have a long list of things that are wrong with the doors and the install. I have been trying to get my " lifetime guarantee" to fix all the screwups from the install. I just keep being put off. I am so disgusted with this company at this point I will NEVER use them again, and had planned to have siding installed.I had these windows and doors installed in a previous house and they were fantastic. I recommended Woodbridge to many people. I will not do that again.The quality of doors are not as expected either. My previous doors were very good quality, these feel flimsy and poorly made.I have made so many phone calls and I am now trying to find out how to get in touch with the CEO to let him know how poor his service teams are now.Not that it matters! As much money as I spent on these doors I should have had all this taken care of months ago.!!! ZERO stars from me!!I will be filing a claim and reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.Service: General door installation

We have used Woodbridge for the last 15 years. They first installed new windows in our home. We were so happy with their great customer service and warranty that we ended up replacing all our exterior doors and covering our fascia. Great company!

They advertise unlimited warranty on their window, but never come to inspect it. Been waiting over a month with calling at least once a week.Just an update for every who is thinking about purchasing from this company...while they did finally replace the window, it took 8 months (not exaggerating) and multiple calls each week. Months ago we had all the windows replaced on our home, 18 of them in total. After installation we tested each window and found that several had faulty locking mechanisms. A technician was sent to address the problem and said that some of the window locks had not been set properly by the installers, and that in addition the “newer” locks are recently being made by a different manufacturer and that many customers are experiencing problems with them. After he left, we discovered that 2 of our windows do not open properly at all. Another technician came out and diagnosed a defect with the window sashes, and said he would put in a work order. Weeks went by, and when we contacted Woodbridge we were told that there was no work order and when we provided the tech’s name were told he had moved to installer position. Supposedly a work order was submitted at this point, but after several MORE weeks went by and we again called, we were told that the window sashes “have to be manufactured”. Several more weeks have passed and still no repairs. We chose this company and paid a HUGE sum of money, all up front, for these windows mainly because of the proffered “lifetime hassle-free warranty” (slick and well trained salesman). We are ready to report to BBB. Cannot recommend this company to others due to lack of customer support after the sale.Service: Window installation

I had someone come by in the fall, asking for an appt time to hear about the windows, and get a quote. After seeing the great construction of the windows, we decided to make the investment. The windows were in the warehouse within 2 weeks, but, I explained that i didn't want them installed until i painted the exterior of our home. We had to wait quite a while, for the weather to cooperate, but we finally got them installed by whom I would describe as 'true Professionals, and it was worth the wait. Horrible and slow service. Since March of 2021 I called to have our sliding door fixed because the lock broke. It took them about 5 months to get the part that was needed. When that part was finally fixed it turned out we needed a new handle. That was ordered supposedly about 6 months ago. Have not heard from anyone on a status. It's coming up on ONE year and our door still has not been fixed and no one has communicated with us. A technician Kevin would call sporadically to give updates, but haven't heard from him in a while.Service: General repairs & installation

I received a mailer so I called them to set up an appointment. The lady I spoke with said both homeowners needed to be there and be available for a full 90 minutes. I assured her that my husband would try to come by but that I will be making the financial decision.She scheduled us for a Monday at 10 a.m.I called the company around 10:20 only to be told we weren't on their schedule. I was told that "Diane" had referenced in her notes that we couldn't agree on a date and time that "the mister" could also be there.Mind blown. In this day and age?!I told the gentleman that I found this information odd as she had clearly scheduled an appointment. His response was that this was the only information he had to go off of.I wonder if they often have potential customers calling to say they are standing around waiting for a sales rep to show up to a scheduled appointment... I consider that to be pretty important information to consider.Guess we'll find someone else who realizes a mere woman can make a major financial decision on her own home.I might add that my husband approves this message.

This is an average for two experiences with Woodbridge. The first experience in which we did half of our windows was great. Our sales person was great, our installers were great, and the customer service was great. We recently had them come back and finish windows and doors. The salesman was great. Everything after that was terrible.They were supposed to install one day. We moved furniture and took off of work. They didn’t come. Then they installed the wrong color CUSTOM windows. Then it took almost 2 months to get the right ones installed. Each time I tried to talk to someone, they blamed Covid. A virus cannot order and install the wrong color windows. It also does not take forever to install doors that were already here. They did nothing to make it right. Just blamed COVID. I could’ve bought a NEW CAR with all of the money spent. Yes, we have good windows and doors. But I feel like I could pay HALF of the price for the same product.

Three stars for the nice sales guy. Honestly was a little thrown off by the lack of information on the “estimate” could not tell me what actual window I was being sold, because I like to research products before I spend $20k on them, could not tell me the U or R values of the windows, dismissed concerns regulating future issues and leakage from double hung windows, didn’t offer single Hung at all to my knowledge. I’ve had a few estimates so far and all but this company provided actual information regarding the product I was being sold. Like it’s some secret which windows the are selling? Couldn’t tell me a brand, model nothing. 3 stars for the nice sales guy, but the sales pitch is nothing but a show. I want information not gimmicks.

The day of my appointment the salesman was late. He was more interested in talking about the items in my house than talking about the job. I ended up signing a contract to replace windows, doors and siding. I was told I would be called 1 week before work was to start. I was called the day of and the installers were already at my house. I was at work so had to have someone go to my house so that work could be started. They do NOT communicate well, never return calls. I was told that my window ac unit would be put back in the window but was then told the unit was too big to fit the new windows. They did buy me one new unit that was much smaller than what I had, it does not keep the house cool. I also had to remove the unit and reinstall myself because there were gaps and one of the louvers was not installed. Installed the storm doors in the wrong places (front on the back, back on the front. The front door I received is not the door I picked out. Workmanship is very poor and after 4 months of trying to get them to fix the problems I gave up and asked for a discount. They offered me $500 off and I then settled on $1500 (I felt that I deserved much more than that). I was so tired of messing with and trying to get someone to talk to me I finally signed off on the work so I could start making payments with their finance company. Be aware, Dividend Finance will tell you that your first payment is not due for 4 months but will be charging you interest for those months. I would not recommend this company....steer clear. I was burned.

We had siding installed onto our flipped house with Woodbridge last week. While the front got touch-ups in the flip, the back and sides did not get updated and just before Woodbridge was brought on, we had old panels falling off, so seeing it updated now with their vinyl siding that very nearly matched the front, it looks like a whole new house! They were so fast and there were areas they took care of that I didn't anticipate like our dryer vent and outside wall outlets. But they went above and beyond what we expected. We had a branch fall from our tree two weeks before they came out and it fell on a utility wire, yanking down part of our underhang and exposing the bottom part of our roof where they wire connected to the house. They replaced the damage done by the wire that the utility company had neglected for weeks in a matter of minutes! I can't recommend this company enough and we are so pleased with the final product.

They showed up late, the guy wasnt respectful nor did he even explain indetail what it would cost. They asked me to set aside 60 to 90 mins and the guy didnt even stay 5. 13 windows it would cost at least 30k. And if you dont like the word free estimate then dont advertise it.

**Got the card after this review was posted**On 7/21/22, we met with Scott McBrayer of the Lubbock office regarding a back door. They did not honor the $50 Gas Card for meeting with them. Neither Scott, nor the cooperate office responded to multiple requests to honor their promises. Very dishonest behavior in a company that wants me to put my trust in them.

A salesperson came by who was very nice. When he called his dispatch to schedule a quote they said my husband needed to be home because a woman was incapable of such decisions. Even though my husband is a truck driver and is rarely home so I make those decisions. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone

We went through this service, or rather tried to, for home siding installation and we were approved for it. Next thing I know, they said that we were not approved and that they needed to see the deed to our house. The manager seemed frustrated when talking to me on the phone and when we sent a copy of our house deed to the manager, he never responded back to us. It's been a long while now and still no response. It's not right for them to say that we were approved and say that everything was being prepared then, suddenly, take it all back. We were extremely excited for nothing.

Windows are great as far as i can tell. The door was hung crooked and there were gaps in it... the last contractor fixed it and did a great job. Even though we had put in a complaint about it I suppose it wasn't recorded or something? A service ticket was placed on Dec. 2021 to replace two windows and they said it would take 3 months for windows to come in. Well it’s now Nov. 2022 and still no replacement windows. Windows and Metal Siding Install:Product is a decent product. Installation is awful and will have to be redone. The job was rushed through. Crew showed up during a 3 day winter storm and rushed through install. Metal is dinted everywhere, seams are not aligned, pieces are cut short and you can see the gaps, overlapping joints are not even close to flush.Window caulking was done in freezing temperatures and 3 days later the caulking is still not set and in some places has already separated from the brick. On one window, they ran out of the colored caulking and tried to use clear, but still didn’t finish caulking the entire window.Two separate materials were used for trimming around the entire house. Randomly cut sizes and positioned in random areas.Fascia is not secure around the entire house. It is simply sitting in a track. You can walk along and push it up in virtually every spot. First wind storm in the Texas panhandle and I’m sure some of it will be blown off.After refusing to sign installation completion paperwork we are awaiting a response from the company, as to if they will redo the entire install as needed.

Be careful of this company putting sliding on your home. First, the color I pick on the original contract for my windows and doors trimming was change. Secondly, they cut down two of my bushes without permission and cut all the wiring to my cable and internet, which I had to have rewired. Thirdly, they broke a banister that ran beside my carport. When I talk with the service manager and shown him what all happened his reaction was. “Sorry they cut down those bushes and the banister was old, and rotten anyway would you like for me to have someone come and remove it?" As for the wiring, "he asked why did they did that." I had to take off two half days from work in order for the cable and internet company to rewire by house. After all this, the only thing Woodbridge could and would offer me was a $200.00 gift certificate. Then I talk with his manager which said he was sorry and could and would only offer me 250.00 dollars. Then I talk with the manger right under the owner and she also said sorry and could and would off me the same 250.00 dollars. Thanks, Woodbridge for destroying my house and making me do extra work I should not be doing. I really do not feel that 250.00 dollar covers all the problems I am having now. I believe if they really stand behind their employers working on your house and these mistakes were made, I should have gotten something off the cost of my entire bill or at least the amount of money I lost taking off of work for two ½ days.Mrs. Dina JoinerMidland, Texas
