Never cam back and put my roof caps on. I called and the person said they would be back. That was seven years ago. They never came back.In response to your answer. Those pipes had vent caps in place before you replace the roof. Also the worker was trying to put one on that day but stopped and left. There is noy one mobil home in the park that does not have vent caps. Thus the name vent! The vent caps keep out leaves and debris from entering the pipes and clogging the system. You should know that!

I couldn't have asked for a better quality roof or easier company to deal with! They sent a estimator to look at my roof the same day that I called and had my roof completed in no time! I've had server roofs put on our homes and this is by far the best company. There were here on time, the crew work their butts off. Old shingles removed, new roof put on, yard cleanup all in one day. This crew worked together and I mean worked. Eric and Omar are two of the best guys to work with. Thank you guys!

Pleasant, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous, and old school business traits exemplified by Arik Modesett and his entire team. Our experience with this company was excellent throughout the process. Arik stopped by to see if we wanted our roof inspected, as there was a home on the next street having its roof replaced due to hail damage. Arik explained what we needed to do with his results. Once the insurance was contacted, Arik explained how they would accomplish their task, why they used certain materials and how these materials (and install technique) would benefit us all (homeowner, insurance, roofers) over time. From start to finish it was a very interactive experience. It went just as explained. We are very pleased with the results. Thank you very much. You made it nearly effortless for us and we love our new roof!
