Basham built a two car garage with a breeze way porch that I designed. All of there staff, project manager and crews were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They all paid attention to the details and asked questions if they had any concerns. Communications and scheduling throughout the project was great. I have no complaints, being a retired industrial electrician of forty-two years I have high standards when it comes to construction disciplines and customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Basham for any construction project large or small.

Seth and the team at Basham completed a near full restoration of a rental property that sustained major damage after a tree fell on its roof. Communication was open and frequent, a rarity in the world of construction. Quality work was completed as promised in a timely manner in spite of major delays and obstacles from the insurance side of things. Basham also worked with the city to address several code enforcement upgrades that needed to be made resulting in a much more stable and structurally sound house than before the damage, all covered by insurance.This short review cannot adequately describe the amount and quality of work that Basham undertook and delivered for us.Having an investment property suffer catastrophic damage and subsequently battling back and forth with the insurance company was the most stressful period of time for us in several years. I am truly grateful to Basham Construction for being total construction pros, doing what they said they were going to do when they promised to do it, and keeping me updated all along the way. They lifted a huge burden off our shoulders as we knew the rebuild would be the simplest part of the whole process once Basham became involved. Without a doubt the best experience I've had with contractors as a real estate investor.

Basham built our carport and awning after the snow storm. They were super patient with my wife and me as our homeowner’s insurance played hardball several times along the way. We had several situations around our house needing to be repaired. There were rotting boards due to rain damage both on the barn and the adjacent shop.The unattached shops damage was the result of water flooding the entire shop floor on numerous occasions over the years.Jimmy Due from 'Basham Constructions' came to survey the situations and determined that only the lower two feet of siding on both barn and shop was damaged and needed replacing.He not only checked those leaking problems but also noticed the slant of our driveway could possibly be a contributing factor. He suggested a rain diversion speedbump to slow and redirect the flow of water away from the shop.Mr. Due and a very hard working congenial crew came recently and totally stopped our problems in one day.
