I had a small concrete removal/clean-up job that needed to be done quickly. I called Kobi, and they were able to work it in the next morning. We were able to discuss the price and scope of work professionally. He came out the next day and got it done! He sent pictures to show progress and completion. Our family home needed extensive repairs. Having left Lufkin over 40 years ago, my sister and I didn't know anyone who could do all the work we needed done. We received a few referrals and met with a couple of people but decided to take a chance and look on Google. After reading the reviews for Friendly Green Services, we set up an appointment and met with Kobi. We were traveling in from out of town, and Kobi met us on time and spent the necessary time to listen and determine exactly what we needed. After assessing the job, he got back with us promptly with an estimate and we decided to move forward with the job.All repairs have now been completed and Kobi has done an amazing job restoring the property. The scope of the work done was significant (including replacing damaged interior and exterior wood, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and brickwork). Every single repair was done with attention to detail and expert workmanship. Because we live out of town, Kobi went above and beyond to send us pictures as the work progressed. When we came in on the weekends, Kobi met with us to review the work and to be sure he was addressing all our needs. Because this was our family home with many special memories, it was important that the work was done the right way – with meticulous care and attention to detail. We are so thankful to Kobi for accomplishing this.Kobi is truly one of the best at what he does. His excellent skills, professionalism and work ethic are equally matched by the type of person that he is. Kobi is trustworthy, dependable and an awesome person. I called Kobi to repair some soft and mis-colored spots in the original hardwood of our 80 year old house. We have had contractors out before who told us that type of floor was impossible to match perfectly because they don't make flooring like that anymore. Kobi told me he went to 6 stores until he found a near perfect match. He repaired a smaller area first, and it looked so good that I had him repair an even larger area the same way. This changed the original plan, but he was happy to oblige. The repair was more extensive than we both expected, but Kobi handled it with ease. I also had Kobi fix the caulking on our bathtub and he had that complete in no time!I would recommend Kobi with Friendly Green Services 100%. He does great work, is professional, communicative, and respectful of your time and space. Kobi was an absolute delight to work with on our emergency clean up. He worked us into his busy schedule. In addition to the fantastic job he did for us, he provided consulting/recommendations on other areas of the home.I was burning outside while he was cleaning. The fire jumped and started the grass on fire. Without asking for his help, he grabbed his own tools, and came over and spent 30 minutes helping extinguish the fire. When it came time to pay for the cleaning, I really had to insist on paying him for his time helping with the fire.A nice, trustworthy, professional young man!Service: Cleaning

Kobi with Friendly Green Services saved my studio today. He used commercial grade heavy duty steam cleaning equipment to deep clean and sanitize the whole studio including rug, couch, other upholstered furniture for an extremely reasonable price. He was polite, detailed, and quick.

I rarely post reviews ! This was the first time I used friendly green and I will most definitely be using them again. They are super responsive and quick. The lady on the phone was super nice and got me an appointment very quickly. Kobi, the owner, cleaned my couch and rug. He was very friendly and didn't mind our dog or toddler running around . He made our couch and rug look brand new . He also gave me some helpful hints on how to clean my kitchen floor tile without spending a bunch of money . I would definitely recommend this company !

I called a few days ago to get a quote. They returned my call in a timely manner. Initially they were booked because of the holidays but they were still able to squeeze me in after a cancellation. Kobi came and assessed my apartment. And boy did it need some deep cleaning. He was super friendly and didn’t mind the kids being around. He ended up doing a great job. My carpet looks new!!! I found friendly green on yelp asked for a quote and less then an hour Kobi showed up! The office and the technician were professional and helpful with scheduling my appointment and explaining the cleaning process. Kobi (the owner) cleaned my carpets both times that I have used Friendly Green Services. I found them through Groupon and then had them come back a year later. He was fast, thorough and very kind to my dogs. I will use them in the future.

Just had a conversation with a receptionist at Green Friendly Carpet cleaning. Let’s just say NOTHING FRIENDLY about a Groupon special that’s offered here. I must say she was VERY rude and I’d fire her if I had ever heard her talk to a potentially new customer the way she spoke to me.I called to see if San Ramon is within their range for the special and she spoke to me as if that was an total inconvenience for asking! Apparently it’s up to the technician whether or not go this far so I’m not sure why she felt it was ok tell me that info like I should have known that.I proceeded to tell her I have a 1 bedroom apartment with a pet and would need some spots cleaned. She answered, “if I had read the fine print you’d know that no place is going to offer you a price lower than $245 - $295. The groupon special is only for a steam clean.” I was a little taken back by the tone of her statement.My next question was about what services cover that price. She cut me off mid sentence, repeated her last statement, as if I don’t hear it the first time and said, “You can call around but good luck finding a good place with 4 to 5 stars that will do spot treatment and shampoo for that low price.”I told her I don’t appreciate how she was talking to me and she said “ok. BYE!” Then HUNG UP!!!I was offended by the tone and unprofessionalism from a 5 star rated company. She’s the first line of communication and she failed to engage, be a professional and help this company get more business. I’m sure they do a great job but until they get a new receptionist, I fear they may lose out on more money. That’s why they are getting 1. Wish I could give a 0.
