Absolutely 100% quality service and professional customer service. After getting a few quotes from local Tree Service providers, I was able to get the best rate with Grimes Services. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Communication was consistent and prompt throughout. The team worked in unison like a finely tuned machine! Very efficient. They were able to safely take down 10 total trees, haul off the debris and grind all tree stumps within 6 hours. The clean-up was immaculate. They even raked and smoothed out the huge piles of mulch from the stump grinding. I would definitely call on Grimes Services again when needed and highly recommend their services!

A few days ago I asked for recommendations for tree trimming. I got a lot of responses but one reached out to me personally and after three days and three estimates, I decided on Grimes Tree Service. I can’t say enough good things about them! I text Mark this morning and told him I needed to set it up. He told me they could do it today at 4pm! They were on time, did a great job cutting all the dead branches out of our huge Silver Leaf Maple and trimmed up our other trees including one that Oncor butchered a few months ago. They did a fabulous job at a great price! Tree trimming, raking, blowing, cleaning up the yard and hauling everything off when they were done! Scott and his crew showed up early, ready to work. They took down a 200 year old magnolia tree that set a record for Houston County on size. Unfortunately the tree was rotting on the inside and limbs were coming off. They took down a total of three large trees and ground down the stumps. Piled the wood for me and cut down a black walnut out of my pasture and brought the tree up. They work fast and hard and do a great clean up job. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with the serves provided! The crew was on time, diligent, respectful and professional. The services were priced much lower than the other quote we received, and we received a copy of their liability insurance before they even started.We hired Grimes Tree Services to cut down three trees uncomfortably close to the house we recently purchased in Walker County. They removed even the one with limbs hanging over the house without any damage to our property. We hired them to only cut the trees down, but they also offer stump grinding and disposal services as well. At the end of the job, they were sure to leave the surrounding area in good condition, provided a professional invoice and payment was completed. The whole process took roughly an hour and a half. I will definitely be calling Grimes Tree Service for any future tree removals we may need.

Recently got Starlink service but had an obstruction caused by some pesky limbs that were far too numerous and high to handle on my own. I am very happy I went with Grimes Service for my tree removal! Very rarely do you get someone to show up for a quote on the same day you call for one. I was called the day before my appointment to let me know what time they would be arriving, Scott and his team showed up on TIME!! They were very professional and efficient, I had a large oak in my front yard by the raod with power lines running through it, they were able to take it down cut it up in 16" pieces for splitting and piled it up in a nice pile, they did a great job cleaning up all the smaller branches and debis. They also trimed up a couple of other trees for me while they were here! They were in and out in four hours. Scott returned after lunch and ground the large stump down to below grade for me.I can't say enough about how professional Grimes Service is and with great rates, I will use them again and I would recomend them to anyone!Great Job gentelmen!!

They cut down five large pine trees close to our house ….not even a problem for them. Did some extra tree trimming in the process….no extra charge. A very big thank you to Scott and his crew!

Where should I start!Mr. Grimes went out of his way and showed up promptly on time to give me an estimate. Walking the property with me, and helping me figure out what is the best options I have…The morning that he was to start the job, he and his crew arrived promptly and a little early, which I appreciate.Scott’s equipment is top notch, high end, which helps in safety, and efficiency(which help in making the work a days work and not 3 days)- especially when it comes to bringing some massive trees down. His entire crew were extremely professional, hard working, and nobody was just standing around. They work extremely well together.Very impressive actually!!When it came time to clean up, they continued the same exact work ethic that they started the day with. This was a long and full day in the heat. I than a lunch break, they worked throughout the entire morning and afternoon.I had several bids/estimates for the tree removal, clearing, stump grinding, etc. and he was incredibly fair and more importantly he’s insured!
