I worried for nothing!! Facing renovation after a fire is overwhelming, along with being a single woman, and a transplanted individual with no one local to ask advice, there is high anxiety added. This contractor and team came HIGHLY recommended by anyone asked, and verified by my online investigation. On meeting Arik Moddisette, he took full control! It was easy! Every team member was so skilled and experienced, friendly, and accommodating. My home looks incredible- better than before the fire!! This whole experience, working with Patriot Construction, was almost worth the devastation of an accidental house fire! Thank you Patriot! If you're looking for a general contractor that listens, pays strict attention to detail, is clean on the site and really cares about your project, then do not look any further than Patriot Construction. I got bids from several different contractors for some remodeling to our home. We had an easy time selecting Patriot. Omar and Aric listened carefully to what we wanted. Since we are very busy we needed a contractor that we could depend on to not cause me stress or problems. From day one the project went smoothly and was a very pleasant experience. Their team worked diligently and thoughtfully throughout the entire timeline and I always knew what was happening. They would call to be sure I knew when they'd be arriving in the morning and ask any questions they had. Omar would also contact me to check in on my satisfaction with the work--it was fantastic! We love our remodel and we have already referred many people to Patriot for their home projects. We had an odd situation with a roof that was damaged on a house we purchased while we were in escrow and un-noticed until after we took ownership. Arik walked us through the process, went over and above to make sure we were being taken care of and we were comfortable with everything.. and he took care of all of the necessary paper work and got it to the previous owners insurance. His crew was out when scheduled. They were kind, courteous, clean and efficient. They had our roof done in one day and when they left you could not tell they had been here other than the beautiful new roof. They even hauled away a pile of construction material that we had from doing some remodeling !!! We had one little glitch when the supply companies fork lift drove over our septic tank and broke the lid. Arik was here within minutes, was in contact with the supply company and had everything scheduled to be taken care of before he left the property. We have worked with several contractors through the years but we have never had the kind of service that we received from Patriot !!! I would have given them 10 stars if that option was available. Thank you Arik and crew for taking such good care of us.Service: Roof installation
