We had a small kitchen fire that caused extensive smoke damage. Our claims adjuster sent Servpro to our home to review the damage and clean. Ulysses did a great job supervising and kept us informed as to what the next step would be. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. Jessica and Karla did an excellent job packing up our personal belongings. They treated our home as if it were theirs. I would highly recommend Servpro to our friends and family.

How they have a high rating is beyond me. They are trying to charge $1,800 for an estimate ONLY on a room that is no more than 200 sq ft. They did a partial tear out in the room, only the 2 walls and only 2 feet from the floor. That is ALL they have done. Now they are wanting an additional $6,000. Then there is the fact that they never call back, they are never available and they hang up on you when you ask for an itemized bill. Servpro has less than a 50% rating throughout the entire country. To top it all off, I am now getting involved. Why, because they have done all this to my parents who are in their early 80’s and my dad is a Korean War veteran. This is how they treat the elderly and Veterans! What a disgrace! This has all been going on for 2 months. Still NO itemized bill. Now for the kicker. The estimate from start to finish is $10k and they want to be paid $7,800 for less than a half days work. Myself, a homeowner and landlord. Have had to handle only 2 situations with water damage. Neither one was handled unprofessionally. Not only that, they collected a deposit before work was started after they got insurance verification. This is unlawful! They SCAM the elderly and the elderly Veterans! The end result is. They are trying to charge the cost for the ENTIRE remodel from start to finish when they have done MAYBE $1,500 of work! This company is a SCAM! Stay away!The picture shows what they have don along 2 walls. One wall at 15ft long and the other is only 10 ft. Took them just a couple of hours. They hav done NOTHING else! I have never seen such a RIP OFF in my entire life!Service: Flood cleanup

Very frustrating at first with the scheduling and rescheduling. The first trip the machine did not work but they pulled one from another job to complete. The second day for the carpet cleaning started off great until my home had no water. They were able to go get water down the road to complete the job. This chair had stains and grime from years of use by my three boys, now teens. In an effort to save it, I called ServPro. They were wonderful and encouraged me to bring it in for them to clean. The chair came out totally rejuvenated and stain free. Employees were so efficient in unloading and loading my car, making sure I was happy with the job, and even handing me a ziplock bag with a gold chain necklace one of my sons dropped in there! Integrity and professionalism is why I am now scheduling them to come clean my carpets and other upholstered items in my home.

Last week our house flooded. We tried calling multiple companies to get help with the cleanup process, but they were all booked and couldn't handle any more jobs. Servpro was unlike any other company we spoke to. They were also booked here in Missouri, but instead of turning us down, within 24 hours they had a team fly in from Lufkin to pick up the slack. They were affordable, polite, and extremely helpful with every step of the cleanup process! Not once did it feel like they were trying to take advantage of us and they took care of everything!
