There should be an option to go above the 5 stars or below to suggest a company either surpasses the expectations or simply doesn’t meet them. American Prime Roofing deserves more than just one extra star. They deserve 5 extra stars. We would not have a home without them. We needed our roof repaired badly, and my mother in law highly recommended Pat with American Prime after they redid hers and we were not disappointed :3 They showed up on time, got started bright and early and were done within 7 hours! The fact that it only took them 7 hours is even more crazy since they replaced 39 sheets of decking, not just the shingles. Though they were super fast they did an amazing and super high quality job. If you need a new roof you should give Pat a call first ^-^

Pat with American Prime Roofing was referred to me by a friend. I called pat and he came out and measured everything and gave me a quote and then he came back and met with the insurance adjuster when he was here. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. I would highly recommend American Prime Roofing if you are in need of a new roof. They started removing the old roof at 6:00am and at 12:00pm they were picking up the last of the trash.

They did a wonderful job on our roof! Gave us exactly what we asked for and are standing behind their work, and our choice in how we wanted it, 100% (and with enthusiasm🤣)! The owners are super friendly, personable, honest, and exceptionally professional. Their workers were fast, efficient, and very respectful of my property while they were here. They started around 6:30/7:00am and were finished before 2:00pm. With the amount of old roofing they tore off I had expected to be picking up nails for the next year, its been about 2 weeks and I've only spotted one nail, and absolutly no debris at all on my property other than that. To me that's fantastic policing of materials and debris! I will be recommending them to anyone who asks if I know a good (fantastic really) roofing company!

Had some issues with a leak coming from a chimney on roof that was leaking. Called King roofing but they never called back... Called Billy Oden Roofing and NEVER heard back. Was skeptical about reading google reviews when I saw that American Prime had MANY and nothing but 5 star reviews..(thought they were maybe fake). Never heard of them before. I called on Thursday (9-22) afternoon and spoke with Pat directly and let him know what my issues were and I was concerned it was going to rain in a few days and he asked a few questions and said he would be by the next day at 11am WOW!!! He showed up at 10:45 AND had his ladder already up to inspect my roof issue before I answered the door. He inspected and gave me some options. We talked a bit and he said that he wanted to seal the roof before incoming rain that came last night and wait before I had to spend a bunch of money to do some major repair. He did this free of charge and was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he assured me the roof at 99.9% it would not leak ....Well..It didn't leak at all last night after getting almost 3 inches. This company is a godsend to this area. I will ONLY be using Pat and his company in the future!!! THANK YOU PAT. NO LEAKS!!! Doug and Sally Fifarek in GBC

Pat called me back within 20 minutes after another business blew me off for four days. Then from pictures, he gave me an estimate and wanted to schedule his guys later that same afternoon because we had a lot of rain in the forecast for the next day. He genuinely cared about getting me taken care of! His guys were prompt and so easy to communicate with, showed me photos of exact before and after spots etc. - and even looked at a problem in my attic and gave me advice about how to deal with it. They did a great job and went above board and fixed a few other minor things while they were up on my roof. I highly recommend these guys!

Pat came out and checked our roof. We were sure it needed repaired due to a leak. We had seen staining on the decking when we were in the attic. He checked it out and determined it should likely be fine for a long time. He gave us a lot of helpful info, answered all our questions with no charge at all. Can't tell you how much I appreciate a business person with integrity after we'd already had a company tell us during inspection (and charged $$$) that they would need to replace a whole roof section - and they didn't spend half the time inspecting that Pat did. I need to have some shingles that I noticed were missing. I looked up roofers in the Forney area and decided to call American Prime Roofing based on the reviews. I called and Pat said he could meet with me that afternoon. He did a thorough inspection of the roof and found several other areas that needed repaired. My insurance company was only going to cover about half of the cost for the repairs, but Pat said he would work with them. Pat has an amazing understanding of how to work with the insurance companies and was able to get the repairs fully covered by the insurance. I would recommend American Prime Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company that truly knows roofing, how to work with insurance companies, is professional and cleans up like they weren't even there. I made a claim with my insurance for my roof and they told me I had to get a roofer to inspect it. This is all new to me so, After posting on FB looking for a good roofer and getting a lot of recommendations, I looked at reviews on the ones recommended. American Prime Roofers reviews stood out and had also been recommended by someone I trust very much. So I called them. Pat answered the phone, he was on his way home. He was very nice and professional and said he would go straight to my house before going home. And he did. He took pictures, measurements, drawings. Not only of the roof, but my windows, and window a/c unit that had hail damage. He dealt with my insurance company and got us approved. He is a licensed adjuster so my insurance adjuster went with his estimate and approved it. He brought the contract to my house, and explained everything to me. Very simple process. He took me outside and pointed out things on my roof telling me what they were going to do. The next day the materials were delivered and the day after that, I had a a beautiful roof. He kept me informed throughout the process with texts and pictures from start to finish. My roof was complete in no time. They picked up all the old shingles and nails and did not leave any mess. This company definitely cares about their customers. They are very professional and honest and just all around good people. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roof work. By the way, If he recommends a color - go with it. Thank you American Prime Roofing! I am more than pleased with your work and am now a loyal advertiser for you.

My husband Craig and I first met Pat and Felisha when they happened to be driving by looking for potential customers who might be in need of roofing services from some of the previous storms. We had already had a couple of other roofing companies come by and give us an estimate but we werenot very impressed and their estimates were extremely expensive and more than we could afford and way more than insurance was willing to cover. Pat, Felisha and my husband climbed up on the roof, assessed the damage together and measurements were taken. Then they discussed the need for a complete roof replacement rather than just a repair, along with replacing vents, replacing flashing and adding ice membrane barrier as well as replacing any damaged wood. After discussing cost of everything with Pat and his willingness to help with insurance company if needed, we decided to use his company, American Prime Roofing. When we contacted our insurance company they initially we unwilling to come out and do estimate themselves and said they would go by his roofing estimate. After it was submitted, the insurance company disagreed with the estimate sent and cut out quite a few things and used different measurements when they had not even been out. Pat went to bat for us and argued that their measurements were off and that they were being unreasonable and strongly requested that adjuster come by. After several back and forth phone calls and multiple emails that we had with adjuster, she finally agreed to come out only to realize that her measurements were indeed off and she had to modify/update her estimate. Despite that she was still unwilling to give on some aspects that ideally should have been covered by our insurance. Pat worked with us as much as possible to help minimize our out of pocket expense in addition to our deductible. When Pat and his crew came to install our new roof on Monday 03/14/22, it was completed in one day. His crew did an amazing job and his crew was impeccable including cleaning up. All that was discussed and all that was wanted was done to our utmost satisfaction. We could not be happier with the end results. Roof looks great and it comes with a 5yr warranty. My husband Craig and I would highly recommend Pat and American Prime Roofing. He is true to his word and will do everything to the best of his ability to make sure you are satisfied. A special shout out to Felisha as this was her first sale for American Prime Roofing and she did extremely well. She stayed in touch and kept following up while we were negotiating with the insurance company. Way to go!Service: Roof installation

I met Joe and Pat at my new home construction site for gutters and extended metal canopy over the back patio. All the pros and cons of gutters and canopy resulted in them giving advice of products that would better meet my needs. They didn't get these projects, but will be the first I call for my follow up projects of fencing and roofing needs. They were straight forward and honest about construction design and cost. They were very concerned in doing a job that the customer would be satisfied with and wouldn't create later problems. One focused on aesthetics and the other on structural design. What a team!
