Aiga Roofing is a great company! I worked with Justin. We've never needed a new roof before so we didn't know anything about it. Justin with professional, kind, efficient, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured, hurried, or like he was trying to sell us stuff we didn't need. He helped us navigate the insurance part of it as well. The job started at 6am and they were packed up and done at 2pm. We are very pleased. I highly recommend Aiga Roofing!

It was a pleasure working with Manuel Lazo and Aiga Roofing and ConstructionManuel was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the process of filing the claim with our insurance company. Manuel Lazo came back and met with our insurance’s company adjuster and went over the items found with the roof. When the claim was turned over to the internal office adjuster, the insurance company chose to deny our insurance claim. Manuel Lazo went over our options with us and explained we have the right to asked for a second review. The insurance company at first denied our request for a second review, however since I had been informed of my right insisted on a second review. The insurance company sent a third-party roofing company to come and review our roof. Aiga Roofing met with the third-party roofing company and went over the details of our roof. After the second review of the roof, the insurance company approved us for a full roof replacement. If it had not been for Manuel our roof would have never been replaced.Manuel Lazo came back to our house and met with my wife and I for the roofing colors and explained the process. The roofers showed up on time and did a great job of ensuring the entire ground around the house was covered with tarps. They were quick and finished roof on time. During the process of the roof being replace Manuel Lazo checked in with the roofers to see how things were going and followed up with me to see if I had any question. After the roof replacement was completed Manuel walked around the house with me and verified we were satisfied with the job.

Aiga Roofing was recommended to us by a realtor friend, Matt Dunne. We thought we had a damaged roof and called this company to take a look and give us an estimate for repairs. Owner Justin Straughan came out promptly with a ladder and a drone and thoroughly inspected our roof. He told us that he found absolutely nothing damaged on our roof. He could have so easily found something that "needed to be repaired", but he didn't. It is so refreshing in this day and age to encounter honesty and good work ethic. I had some wind damage in my roof. I contacted 3 different companies, and Joseph got back to me right away. He scheduled an appointment the next day, and my roof was repaired the following day. He was very nice and professional. He took pictures to show me the damage, and I think this is very important and valuable for a customer. I am very happy with his services, and I will recommend him to anyone. Dom was professional and walked us through all the steps with insurance and materials options. They crew was on time. The crew was outstanding during the whole process, from scraping the old shingles, installation, and CLEAN UP! I did not even know they were there after they left. I called Aiga one day because I found a leak in my garage. They were able to get a guy out to my house that very day to fix my leak and repair my roof. I’m so glad I called them because they found several areas with missing shingles that would have been leaking very soon. They even sealed up a few other spots too. I must add that they were very very affordable which was a huge plus for me seeing as I am a senior on a very fixed income. I will definitely be using them in the future when I’m ready to replace my roof.
