D&M did a nice job, replacing our roof. Tony explained the roof replacement process, worked with my insurance adjuster, and acted as my contact through completion of the project. Upon removal of my old roof, the decking inspection revealed the need to several areas of decking panels which was proactively accomplished. In addition, due to a rain storm during installation, a small water spot developed on a ceiling, once notified Tony resolved the issue in a timely manner. TJ was wonderful to work with from the initial inspection, handling all of our questions and paperwork until the project was completed and checked on us throughout the process. Matt and his team were super helpful on my roofing project In Splendora. We had a leaking roof and he worked with the insurance company to come do a quick repair first to stop the leaks. Then met me as well as the insurance adjusters on site to make sure things went smoothly. He has made sure to go above and beyond with communication, being on time, as well as keeping us updated about the status of the project.
