I had a small roof leak when I reached out to them. They are true to their promises. Cameron came over and he promised me to do a courtesy inspections and he also applied caulking on open mail heads without any charges. The guidance he gave me for the leak was remarkable. Additionally, he was very true in giving estimates and recommended me when should I start thinking about major roof expenses. Great company and good people. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely can not say enough about Brandon Wilson and the incredible job Exteriors of Texas did replacing our 20 year old roof!! Brandon was professional, kind, patient and answered every question we had honestly!! It felt wonderful to trust that what we were told was 100% what happened!! Brandon even helped us receive reimbursement to pay for a huge portion of the new roof with USAA!! I had to work the day they replaced the roof so Brandon sent me drone footage throughout the day so I could see the progress!! James Orr and his crew replaced a few roofs in my neighborhood and everyone was 100% pleased with the work and their new roofs looked great. We called him about a new roof and learned he could help us get some other construction/repairs and touch ups done too. We got these things done and we could not be happier. We were able, because of James, to get a new roof AND some other much needed work done on the house. He was always honest, timely, communicative and polite. Brandon & James are the best, very professional & responsive. Out of all the companies I talked to, they were only ones that helped me get insurance to pay for my roof replacement, my roof was 21 years old. I contacted Exteriors of Texas because damage to my roof decking was uncovered when I had my home painted. Mr JAMES ORR, the Project Manager, provided the estimate; he was professional, on time and friendly. EOT Roofing provided not only the best pricing I had been quoted when requesting bids for this job, but also recommended an alternative (preferred) method in which to make repairs a- repair method which extends the life of my roof and gutters. While making repairs, they also cleaned my gutters and, when I-asked if they could ensure all vents on my roof were caulked and sealed they took the time to ensure there were no cracks or gaps on my roof and provided me with before and after photos of their work. I spoke with Cameron, who was EXTREMELY helpful. He came out, did an inspection of my roof, and found issues that my ALLSTATE Insurance Adjuster didn't see (they were BIG problems! ). He showed me all of the problem spots I had on my roof, including the ones that I had pointed out to him (the general area as we had roof leaks) by taking pictures for me. I really like how thorough he was with the process and explaining things. His team came out, did their work quickly, and now, honestly, I'm content. Knowing that I can check off Roof Repair on the Honey Do List is a great feeling. They did such a great job that I know I won't have issues with the repairs. I called on a Tuesday morning, and they sent Cameron to assess the damage the same day. I highly recommend James Orr, Project Manager, from Exteriors of Texas. He was very easy to work with, personable, and professional. He went above and beyond what anyone would expect. He made an extensive inspection of the roof, took pictures, and showed me where hail had damaged my roof, gutters, and down spouts. The insurance adjuster had to reschedule her inspection a couple of times due to weather.  When she was able to get here, she and I  appreciated that James was here. His photos and knowledge helped tremendously.  He was here when the very efficient crew arrived to replace my roof. James was correct when he told me that it would take only one day to complete. I'm thrilled with the results. Not only does my roof look great, the materials used are superior to what I had and expected to have. Thank you James!

A neighbor recommended this company when I mentioned wanting to repair my leaking barn.Jon (project manager) came out for the quote and ended up replacing home, shed, barn roof and got it covered by insurance. Jon is honest, kind and hardworking. He handled problems with insurance and guided me through entire process. He was there with me at every turn. I was at ease and just got to sit back and be taken care of. While waiting on insurance approval, Jon knew of storm coming and temporarily my repaired barn so horses would have dry shelter. I cannot say enough positive things about Exteriors of Texas. Their sales rep, Brock Scott, went above and beyond in providing a reasonable cost estimate. The work crew, was overseen by Mario, who was very professional and made certain all needed work was properly done. I had a hodgepodge of repair types done, including demolition and replacement of rotten wood, roof repairs, window repairs, and painting. The workers were on time, courteous, and worked hard in this horrible 2023 Texas heat. Prices were reasonable. Prior to engaging Exteriors of Texas, my insurance company denied my roof claim three consecutive times.Mr. James of EOT contacted me via phone promptly. From this point forward he completely took charge of the entire process. Every step of the way he provided timely and prompt updates regarding status. I never lifted a finger for anything.He engaged the agent, met with the adjuster, got the claim approved!!! Like it was nothing at all.I am beyond grateful. First I would like to say that Cameron is very personable, respectful and professional! It was a pleasure working with him. Cameron and his crews did various projects for us. They built and painted railing around our back patio. Cameron assisted me with the design and paint colors. He also installed pavers for our generator and Grill, taking great care to ensure everything would fit as we wanted and that it was placed appropriately and level. In addition, he power washed our home, installed gutters and completed some painting on the doors and trim of our home. We kept adding things to his list and he was more than happy to take on the additional projects. I will definitely call him again for any of our future needs and highly recommend Exteriors of Texas.
