Nathan helped us recover from a fire insurance claim. He came in and remediated, as in pulled out and cleaned up, all the damaged elements including ceilings and walls with fire and smoke damage, walls and flooring with water damage from the fire fighters, made the electrical safe, and cleaned all the surfaces that could remain. Then we waited for the insurance company to agree on what the rebuild was going to cost. After months of waiting as our insurance company went into bankruptcy and out claim got turned over the the guarantee fund, through multiple inspectors and significant paperwork, Nathan kept in touch and was ready when we finally said its time to start many months later. He kept the job site clean and the trades on schedule to rebuild the house better than it was before the fire. His attention to detail, good communication and excellent work were evident throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend Kraft Roofing and Construction to help you out on your next remodel, flip or insurance claim. I knew nothing about the insurance claim and roof replacement process and still don’t because Nathan handled everything from start to finish. He helped us get our insurance claim approved, delivered shingle samples to choose from, construction was quick and seamless and our house/yard was left just as clean as it was before they started. I had a gap in my awning that a raccoon was getting into my attic from. Nathan from Kraft Roofing came out inspected my attic, the roof, chimney, walked the perimeter to see if there were any other gaps and closed the gap with a simple fix. He even took pictures of everything so he could give me a quote on siding and explained the entire process. Nathan is kind, honest, professional, punctual, and reliable. We called Kraft Roofing regarding issues in our attic. They were more than happy to discuss possible causes of our problem.Kraft suggested a visual inspection to be able to address our concerns. Upon the inspection it was suggested to make sure that the air conditioner was not our problem. Kraft suggested an AC company that they work with.Final outcome was that we needed more air circulation in our attic.Kraft installed a solar powered exhaust fan, after reworking the original roof vents.Kraft went above and beyond expectations on knowledge, service, professionalism.We highly recommend giving Kraft a call on any roofing concerns.Ken and Jackie

I highly recommend Kraft Roofing for any of your roofing inspection or contracting needs. Nathan with Kraft Roofing was very professional, communicative, and thorough in his roofing inspection. He even identified several deficiencies that were missed by other inspectors and roofing contractors alike. The detailed report he provided contained: several pictures of the problem areas (roof and non-roof related), a plan for fixing each individual roof issue, and a very reasonable price quote. For the non-roof related damages/issues, Nathan could recommend and provide contacts for other contractors specialized in that field. As the potential house buyer, this was extremely helpful in keeping me fully informed and alleviating my concerns. The other inspector and contractor reports left me wary, but I didn't feel that at all with Nathan and Kraft Roofing which I really appreciated. This was the most enjoyable service experience I've had in 40 years of home ownership. I had two attic ventilation fans that were not working correctly. I called Nathan at Kraft Roofing and he said he'd be out in a couple days. I fully expected him to take 10 minutes to give me a repair bid, but no, he unloaded his ladder, went to the attic, hoisted the ladder up 15 feet to understand the issue. He found the thermostats were the problem, fixed those, and an hour later was suggesting no payment was needed. Naturally I declined that suggestion. Nathan gave us a thorough roof inspection. The physical report was very detailed with lots of pictures. He looked at the entire roof, not just what was accessible at the entrance. He even called out things not related to roofing but that he noticed that could be of concern to us. He called us to give us a summary and answer any questions we had. He was easy to work with and would recommend him.
