We choose Magnolia Home Xperts to remove and rebuild an elevated deck/carport, remove, and replace the roof on the house and garage and completely repaint the house and garage. Norma, David, and their large team of specialists worked tirelessly to complete our project through the incredible heat this summer. They completed the job as described within the budget and time constraints. In a job this large there are invariably issues that could not be estimated before getting into the build. They presented the issues, offered solutions and we worked through them. The work was top notch, and the transformation is incredible. We are extremely pleased with the final product. Both David and Norma are a great part of this dynamic work team. They put a new roof on our home and did an excellent job. Clean up was awesome and so was their crew. We were so impressed with the quality of their work, we had them to paint the exterior of our home. Again, excellent job. So once again, we reached out to them to put exterior tile in out outdoor kitchen. All I can say was it was absolutely beautiful. We had neighbors wanting to come see it. I also had them come in and put a new roof on my mom’s home and paint it before she sold it recently. Norma and David both do an excellent follow up job to ensure all problems have been taken care of after the completion of their work. We are blessed to have found a contractor who is truly a “one company that does it all.”

This is the most professional, responsive roofing company we’ve ever used. I called 3 roofing companies seeking a repair (one company never called us back; the other put us on a backlog). Norma answered the phone herself immediately. Quickly assessed the situation and got our roof repair done! We highly recommend them! Great service, great caring. When a microburst hit our neighborhood, David and Norma and their crews were here to help! The whole experience of getting a new roof was easy. They did an amazing job, super easy to work with. By the time it was done, I felt like we had made new friends. They are currently working on some custom cabinets for us in our laundry room. HUGE attention to detail. Great folks all around. Excellent Job!! They re-shingled our entire roof in one day! The workers are very friendly, efficient and professional. They really know their stuff! We have a standing seam metal roof and developed a leak inside the house,, which was quite unexpected. I could not get anyone to come out and help, I guess because it wasn’t very lucrative. David was the only one who would come out. I was also able to meet his wife, Norma, who is very knowledgeable about the business as well. They were able to figure out the. issue near our chimney and fixed it for an extremely reasonable price. I’m also happy to find out they offer other home services besides roofing. David Davis and team, did an excellent job, from start to finish! From the very beginning we were impressed. Great communicator, creative ideas, well orchestrated timeline, budget conscious, considerate, problem-solver, pleasant and positive!In less than five weeks our house was reroofed, re-painted exterior/interior, built on site shed/studio, enclosed attached garage ( leveled concrete floor and enclosed exterior opening ) added\updated electrical/lighting, decorative effects, remodeled kitchen, master bath and new floors throughout!
