Cody worked with our insurance company to make sure all paperwork was handle appropriately for our roof replacement. The work was done quickly and the job site was cleaned up like they were never there. The following week they came out to confirm we were happy with the work--it wasn't just a follow up phone call. We had a new roof and some interior ceiling work done. Both actions were performed superbly. There were some minor issues with the outside of the house being marked up by falling debris from the old roof being removed but, the foreman, David, made every effort to rectify the problem to our satisfaction. I have already referred this roofing company to other friends and will continue to do so. They perform great work, are efficient, courteous, and offer a very competitive price for their work. We bought our home site unseen and knew the roof had failed inspection. David came right out and gave us an evaluation and quote to replace. We were able to negotiate with the seller to reduce the price of our purchase price. With that I had a new roof on 1 week after we moved in. The team was excellent with our installation. 1.5 days in the beginning of summer!! Very impressed and cannot thak David and his team enough for the quality we received. We were extremely pleased with the level of service we received from Cody Darilek as well as the high quality of work the hard working crew completed. Cody Darilek at Mill Creek Roofing was patient with us during our quote review process, checked in with us but didn't "annoy" us and he provided detailed responses to our questions. He was flexible with his schedule in order to meet ours and timely throughout the process. There were no hiccups with the materials delivered nor any complaints related to the crew that protected our windows, AC units, etc. and removed, hauled away and replaced our roof. Mill Creek Roofing was recommended by a friend when my roof sprung a leak during Hurricane Harvey. I spoke with Cody on a very rainy, windy morning and he promised to be there later that day to assess the damage and tarp the area. To my amazement he was true to his word during a crazy weather situation. He had someone to meet my insurance adjustor to ensure a thorough inspection. They also completed my interior repairs. They arrived when promised and worked all day to make sure the job was complete before leaving. David did a follow up inspection and made sure a few things were fixed to his standard.
