I had previously hired Modern Roofing to do a few repairs on my roof. I was pleased with what they did and later arranged for them to power wash the roof tiles of my house, my driveway and to clean the roof gutters. The guys who came worked hard and took great care to make sure the job was done thoroughly. The roof and the driveway had needed cleaning badly and they now look like new. The owner was very responsive whenever I had any questions and came to my house to make sure that I was happy with the work. I have had 2 excellent experiences with them now and I will use them again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

Outstanding Company! To make a long story short, Modern Roofing is excellent in all categories, and by far the best I found in the area. You will be glad you called.Longer story...after discovering a relatively small leak in our roof, we sought out a company to do a repair job. I met with representatives from 6 different companies, most of which seemed like they were good. However, the problem was that this was a relatively small job, and i found it very challenging to find a company that offered high quality work, responsive communications, good value, and quick scheduling. I get it...its not a big money job for them...but i needed help. Then i found Modern Roofing!! I promise, they exceeded my exceptions in every category. Its a family business and its obvious they are all committed to doing a great job and taking care of all of their customers. This is a company (partner) you can trust will be there for all your roofing needs. My roof leaked after a very heavy down pour this past week. I called Modern Roofing in a panic and asked them to come out asap. Nick responded the same day and came out the very next morning to assess the issue.Nick was able to find the leak and he e-mailed me up-close pictures of the roof problem. His quote was fair and I like that Modern Roofing warranties their work for 2 years. He was able to fix the roof within days of the quote. Nick also removed and re-caulked other potential areas of the roof. Once he was finished the work, he emailed me more up-close pictures of the finished job.My communication with the company was excellent. Nick is polite and professional. $650 worth of work that should have only been $5 worth of window caulking!I had a water leak from rain and Nick came out to inspect it and stated that the shingles needed to be replaced and some caulking around the top of the wood near the shingles needed to be caulked. He was sure that his work would NOT leak again...he even gives a warranty on the work.Well, within 4 months I need to call to utilize that warranty because the same exact leak was back again after a hard rain. He came out again and stated that it was the window that needed to be caulked and the shingles were fine. I asked him why wasn't that suggested or done the 1st time....that way I would have maybe felt like the $650 was worth it. He said with roofing they just never know for sure where a leak is coming from. I thought that was sort of stranger for a company with so many years of experience.To go back to the beginning....When Nick came out to do the initial inspection I never got the impression that when I scheduled for the work to be done that he would send out some non-English speaking men that asked me details of what needed to be done instead of him doing the work or at least coming to the job to make sure they did what I was paying for.After the 2nd issue he did the same thing, he inspected it and then sent out the same guys to caulk the window. Nick NEVER came back out to make sure it was done correctly, nor did he ever even call or text me to say the work was done and was I satisfied.
