The logistics of supporting me in my insurance claim through installation were executed with precision and in one day they fully completed the job. The attention to detail and the communication throughout the process enabled both my wife and I (who work from home) to manage continuity in our work schedule and plan around the project execution; my neighbors were amazed that after seeing the start in the early AM and cleaning up my yard, flower beds, and driveway in the PM, that it was even possible. New Image Construction & Roofing recently completed the replacement of our roof, which was both sizable and very steep, as well as the repair of some minor internal water damage. We could not have been happier with our experience. Tom Burns held our hand throughout the process, advocating for us as he worked cooperatively with our adjustor. He was there at all times to supervise the crew (they were also very competent and adept at their jobs). Dylan met with us to go over some contractual issues and made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything. Our new roof is beautiful and we were very grateful to have had such a pleasant and easy working relationship with everyone. We would not hesitate to call on Tom again for future projects and we strongly recommend giving New Image a chance to earn your business.

April and her team did an AMAZING job in helping us repair our roof from hail damage. At first we thought that our roof wasn't that badly affected but once April showed us the photos of our roof, we realized how much the damage really was. In the selection process, April did a good job explaining every material that was going to be used for our roof and she also included a several great offers for roofing with them. Me and my family appreciate all the hard work and paper work that had to be done to file to our insurance company. Another thing is that we asked April if we could add two bathroom vents with the roofing installation and we appreciated that her team were able to help us with that as well. I inquired online and they called me right away. Within the next few days they were up on my roof conducting an inspection and helped me file a claim. They even showed up to make sure all goes well when the Insurance Adjuster came to inspect. They were able to come and replace my entire roof in one day. Everything was in order, the areas surrounding my house were as clean when they left as they found it. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. SKEPTICAL HOMEOWNERS, PLEASE READ: The thought of the costs & burden of replacing your roof can definitely be overwhelming, but Sean made our experience as smooth as possible. At first we were not sure if replacing our roof was something we were mentally or financially ready to do, but Sean was welcoming & very informative. He guided us each step regarding what was required of us & kept us informed along the way of any and all updates regarding our case. He also explained of the warranty, the quality of shingles, materials, and process that would be used and implemented which made us feel at ease and confident we made the right choice to move forward with New Image.DAY OF ROOF REPLACEMENT: the workers showed up before sunrise and got right to work, rang the doorbell as a courtesy to let us know they had arrived. We made plans to be out while they worked, they did a diligent job of trying to cover the front & back yard to catch debris. Sean was on site to supervise and was available for any questions I may have had. I believe by 330pm they were cleaned up & done! I want to believe they tried & did their best to clean up regarding metal debris and nails, however we did find some the next day. Perhaps to be expected, I suppose? Also, our grass was a tad bit high which may have made it a little difficult for 100% cleanup. So make sure your grass is recently cut & short come installation day. Overall, cleanup was pretty good.So if you’re a skeptical homeowner, try at least to look into what your insurance covers and/or if a deductible applies and then get with New Image to see if they’re the right fit for you. We’re satisfied with everything so far, house looks great, & we’re happy to have upgraded our home, increased value, & possibly decreased our homeowners insurance with the new improvements.Service: Roof installation

Tim Roberts inspected my roof and advised of wind/hail damage. After contacting my insurance company and filing a claim,Tim was there during the inspection and answered any/all questions I had. After learning my roof would be replaced I was contacted by New Image and we settled on a date to have a new roof installed. The crew arrived at 6:45 am and began working. The old roof was removed in two hours and the new roof replaced. The crew was professional, polite and did an awesome job ! From the first time I called to the very end of the project, Clint did an outstanding job responding to questions, providing feedback, and was very flexible regarding scheduling. He walked me through the entire process, from inspection to assisting with dealing with the adjustor and insurance company.
