What an amazing company! This company has the best customer service! From the initial communication to set up an inspection with Paul, to the install completed by Nolan. The inspection completed by Paul was quick and very thorough. It contained lots of photos to help me understand what was needed. He took the time to explain what needed to be completed now and what could wait if needed. The installation by Nolan and his team was explained step by step to me from the very beginning. Communication was outstanding with everyone from this company. As a first time owner I had a lot of questions and both Paul and Nolan were very knowledgeable and understanding. I will refer this company and these employees to anyone needing roof work. I will definitely be using this company in the future! Thank you so much Next level Roofing!

I was referred to Next Level because we needed to have some plumbing repairs that would create the need for tile repairs in the shower. There was only one bathroom in this home, and the tile was older and hard to match. Next level coordinated the repair immediately after the plumbing repair was done so that tenant could have use of the shower as quickly as possible. Highly recommend Next Level Roofing I had a leak on my dryer vent flashing on my roof while in the process of selling my home. I called yesterday and Jonathan had workers out yesterday evening and gave me a quote and had a roofer at my house today and made all necessary repairs. I am a first time customer and I am very pleased with the quick response, professionalism, the work and even the price was fair. Will be using them for all my roofing projects. I was shopping around for the best quality and fair price for my gutters. After talking to Jean, he explained everything and made it a very simple process. Also I support our retired military, Jean is a Ex Marine and definitely carries those values.But the biggest thing is the look and the the quality of the gutters. They're exactly what we discussed, and definitely are the right size for the heavy flow of water that comes off my roof. I've had problems in the past where they installed gutters that weren't big enough or didn't match the house correctly. These gutters are exactly what I needed to make the water around my foundation not puddle up, and they look great. I would say at least take a look at what they have to offer before you make a final decision. Thank you Jean for the help.

Next Level Roofing replaced areas of soffit, flashing and roofing around an area that had animal and water damage, including resetting the gutter and repainting. They were everything you want in a service provider - responsive, detailed quote, fair price, excellent work, and available pretty quickly. We were particularly impressed that they were able to exactly match the existing paint as it was right above our front door and in clear view. We had a tree fall on our roof, next level roofing came out the next day to take a look. Not only did they fix the shingles, but they also caulked a few areas that needed maintenance, cleaned out the gutters, and cleared the entire tree from my yard! No joke these guys even raked. I thought I’d be stuck processing the tree and borrowing a trailer to haul the pieces off myself, was very excited to hear they could haul it off instead! You’d never know a tree fell on my house, very professional, great quality repair. Jonathan and his team were fantastic in repairing our roof due to a water leak. He was very attentive to our concerns and made sure we understood how the roofing repair process worked. They were super quick in stopping any more water damage to the house until the materials arrived. Jonathan also suggested we get the roof vents painted and the roof washed. After everything was done, our roof did not leak, it looked brand new and made the house look 10 years newer. Once the job was complete, he made sure we were happy with the work that was done. He even stopped by well after the repairs were done just to check on us and to say hello.

These guys are awesome! Where do I begin.Jonathan Came out to the house right away after we discovered a leak in our roof and I mean within a couple of hours of a phone call.He took Pictures and explained to me that the Roof was fairly new and looks like there had been some repairs but not the best job was done. Since we had only been in the home for less than a year I did some investigating and turns out the roof was in fact still under warranty. I reached out to the company that installed it and they said there was nothing wrong. I called Jonathan right away and he got on the phone with the roofing company that did the work and explained to them what he found. I was blown away With his customer service and eagerness to help even though they weren’t gonna be doing the work because the roof is still under warranty. I would highly recommend this company to anyone because they are honest and upfront and so eager to help. I will recommend them to people in the future and use them for any future roof repairs. Had a water stain on the ceiling and thought it was time to get a new roof. Instead I was told I only need maintenance and that the roof is still good. Was shown pictures of issues and then pictures of the finished product without issues. Never knew that maintenance was an option to fix the missing nails in all of the outlets on the roof. Also blew out the gutters, removed the dish satellite. Good for a few more years at a fraction of the price. Next Level is a local small business, #supportlocal. Very happy with the results and will continue to use and recommend Next Level to my family and friends for all roofing needs.

Our insurance company had twice denied a wind damage claim for our roof. We had Johnathan come to do an estimate thinking we would be paying cash, but he said there was definitely wind damage. Johnathan met with the insurance adjuster and they agreed to pay the claim! The Next Level crew was fast and efficient and left the yard perfectly clean. Our roof looks awesome! Finding a good honest company to install your roof is tough. We interviewed many and have had this done to our previous home. I must say Jean Vazquez with next level roofing took care of us. It was the best roofing experience we have ever had. They ended up getting the insurance company to cover a majority of the cost. They did all the leg work with the insurance company. And most importantly I watched their crews doing portions of my roof. They dont use nail guns, instead they take the time to ensure nails are properly installed by using their hands/tools to install each and every mail ensuring they are perfect. This was an awesome experience and I highly recommend Jean Vazquez with next level roofing!
