My roof had to be replaced after a bad hailstorm. Beginning the day after the hailstorm I was besieged by a constant stream of roofing company representatives all vying for the opportunity to replace my roof. Some of these roofing company representatives were fast talking, high pressure types. Some came across as little more than con artists.But the representatives from Redemption Roofing were very different. The Redemption Roofing representatives were like a breath of fresh air. They were courteous, respectful, soft spoken and informative. They quickly earned my trust and never betrayed it.My insurance company and mortgage company each threw a lot of wrenches into the claims process. Redemption Roofing was helpful, patient and tolerant throughout despite the long delays while I jumped through all the hoops as demanded by the insurance company and mortgage holder.We were extremely satisfied with Redemption Roofing’s product, workmanship and integrity.If my roof ever needs repairs or replacement again, I will definitely call Redemption Roofing.

Redemption Roofing did a really good job. I knew some people in my neighborhood who had their roof replaced and I asked who they used. They said they were happy with the company, and so that took us down the path to getting Redemption Roofing to replace our entire roof. Brian Mitchell, my initial Redemption contact, went above and beyond the call of duty to be professional, to make sure we were happy and to get the job done right. In addition to the shingles, and some of the decking, they replaced ridge vents and cap vents; they replaced everything - all within their estimate. Besides the great quality, they did it in a very timely manner. They estimated that it would take a couple of days but the job was completed in one day - daylight until dark.

I called Redemption Roofing due to a small hail storm that came through my area not too long ago. Joe Leone, the inspector, came out and I wanted an honest assessment. He was very professional and told me there wasn't enough damage to file a claim and I appreciated that Redemption Roofing wasn't just after my $ or insurance $ like other contractors. Then Benjamin Comstock came out about a week later and sealed up some potential risk roof areas. He too was very professional in the explanation of the completed work. I will be back when it comes time to replace my roof. Great company!

Adam and the crews he worked with replaced the roofs on two buildings my wife and I own. I was very impressed with their work, from start to finish. Adam's inspection was thorough. He even made a temporary repair when he found problem in one of the roofs during his inspection. Further, Adam communicated and coordinated with the insurance company to make sure we received all the coverage that we should.The crews that worked on this project (there were two: one for the composite roof sections and one for the metal roof section), were very professional in their work, and very conscientious. They were diligent to make sure there was no damage to my landscaping or the buildings when they removed the old roofs and hauled them away. They made sure to repair all the substructure that was needed (our roofs were in pretty bad shape). And then, their clean-up was exemplary! Yes, we found a couple nails. But, we only found a couple, and they were not in the driveway!Finally, one of the buildings they worked on is over 100 years old. It's roofing substructure is very different from today's construction methods. They made sure that any material that was used to repair any substructure on this building was the correct dimensions so that there would be no uneven surfaces in the roof when they were done.I cannot more highly recommend Redemption Roofing.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

Working with Redemption Roofing was a great experience. From the day the contract was signed the roof was up in just over a week, this was also right after a big storm. The delivery company sent the wrong shingles but the only reason I know is because our project manager told me, it didn't slow down the work at all. The most positive part was the communication, we always knew what was happening. It's not everyday you need a new roof but this is defiantly a company to consider if you do.

I have worked with the team at Redemption Roofing for many years personally, and they are the best! They are very responsive, professional, and timely. They do a great job of cleaning up after the job, and are available to answer questions. If you ever have a problem, they are right on top of it. Recently, they added Ben Comstock to the team, and I have worked with him professionally. Property Managers need good repair options for roofing, and they are hard to find. I located Redemption Roofing through Angie's List. I found my experience with Redemption Roofing to be satisfying. They installed a standing-seam, metal roof for our barn and storage facility and did so at a fair price. The quality was excellent and they completed the work in a timely manner. We did have to ask them to come back out to remove excess materials and debris from the job, but they did so promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend Redemption Roofing.

I found out about Redemption Roofing through my insurance agent. I liked dealing with them and setting everything up because they were really easy to deal with and helped me through the whole insurance process. Nat, Ben, and everyone else at Redemption did an awesome job on my repair! They take pictures of the before and after, and provide you the link so you can see what they see without getting on the roof. Extremely courteous, friendly, and honest. During the repair, Ben noticed some extra rot on the roof and provided me with a new dryer vent that he had on hand and did some extra repair work at no extra cost! So happy I finally got this fixed, very affordable. Thanks guys!

I found out about Redemption Roofing when they did my neighbors roof. I had them replace my whole roof due to hail damage. The best thing about Redemption Roofing is their communication—they were just the best about letting me know if they need to reschedule. And, I have owned three homes for many years and never used insurance for any of them. I wasn't sure how to use it and they walked me through the whole process. Redemption Roofing installed a new Certainteed 20 year roof on my home. Joe and Adam were a pleasure to work with and their word is their bond. I was so please with the company I had them repair my photo studio roof too!Seriously, you need a roof call Redemption Roofing. Redemption Roofing came out to do an inspection with our insurance company, which is not something that typically happens. They were there every step of the way and very knowledgeable. We had a few minor blemishes on the gutters on our house, and they went above and beyond to make the repairs on the gutters. We didn't have any damage in our garden which meant a lot to me. The roof itself looks fantastic and the warrantee is good. The people themselves that work for redemption roofing are excellent. I could call them on my cell phone at any time. My son had Redemption Roofing do their roof and he referred them to me. They came out to repair some leaks on our roof, and they put new ridges on, they patched the leak next to the chimney, and they replaced a few shingles. Well the last thing you want on a friday night during a rainstorm is water coming in your wife's closet. When I called redemption roofing the next day, the receptionist was very polite and took my information so a sales rep could call me back. I was told it would be about 1-2 hours before I heard back. Joe called me less than 5 minutes after we hung up and was able to work with me to get a good quote, and get on the schedule to have everything repaired. His install crew called the day before coming to confirm times, and were very professional when they got here. Work was done quickly, very good quality, and the cleanup was impeccable. Roofers are one company I never hope I need, but knowing the guys over at redemption, I would not hesitate to call them should the need arise.
