Mr. Ramiro Garcia was hired to fix two leaks on our roof, replace the rotten wood if any and patch up dry wall and paint in the inside of the house. He started the work and left for the day leaving the roof uncovered. It rained heavily that night and water came into the house and caused more damage to the roof and the inside. This is our rental property so we weren’t at the property at the moment, the next day Mr. Garcia texted us letting us know that roof was in worse condition than he initially thought but stating that is because of the faulty roof and that we needed to change the whole half of the roof, so we did. After finishing the roof we had to rent humidifiers and blowers to get everything dry in the inside of the house, but when talking to our renter she told us that he had left the roof uncovered and that’s why all the water was coming in. He also started asking for more money, to which we said no because he had left the roof open. It was because of him that we had delays and more expenses.We waited a couple of days for everything to dry so that Mr. Garcia’s worker could patch up the inside, to which Mr. Garcia was very bothered by. He wanted to do the drywall immediately so that we would pay him the other half of the money.Mr. Garcia then sent his drywall person who patched the ceiling unevenly, he used putty to texturize the drywall but got the putty all over the hard wood floors in the room. He also spray painted the ceiling without covering anything or letting us know so that we or our renter could take the furniture out. The furniture in the room got covered in paint as a result.When we tried to talked to him about this, Mr. Garcia accused us of not wanting to pay him and started threatening us and our property. Mr. Garcia threats had me file a police report so that we were sure our property and the people in it were safe. In general this was a HORRIBLE experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MR. Garcia at all. Please take your business elsewhere. He is an angry man and has no respect for others.

I’m pretty sure this company is a scam. We had them install a new roof on a house we renovated. When we called for a receipt and warranty documents they ignore us and never call back. When I’ve called the number on google, they answer and then hang up in the middle of me asking them to come fix popped nails. Terrible, terrible service. And the roof looks terribly done. Would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

I used RG Roofs and siding for the free roof repair estimate and was very happy with the service. Pointed out several areas of concern with my roof which had literally nails sticking out my roof shingles. (he actually got on the roof and I watched him take pictures of the roof) If you're looking for roof repair magnolia or Houston area I highly recommend their roofing service. Quality roof repair without the big price the bigger roofing companies are charging.
