Roof Runners was great to work with. They arrived on time to assess my repair needs and again on time to repair them. Business Owner Sergio personally supervised the repairs and provided photos and complete explanations of what they did. They used upgraded materials compared to the original construction. Probably could have sold me a new roof, but advised me that I could get more life out of my existing one. I highly recommend them!

My roof survived Harvey, the deep freeze and 3 snows up until now that I noticed leaking from the ceiling at four different places when it rains. I found out from the adjuster hired by insurance company that the problem is the worn out sealant around the roof vents (I have a lot) which is not covered by insurance. I was worried about the cost which made me hesitant in calling for roof repair services. But I became anxious every time there is a rain forecast it felt like a hurricane is coming. I contacted the nearest roof repair in my area which happens to be Sergio of Roof Runners. He inspected the roof himself, explained to me the problem and recommendations/options, and gave me reasonable pricing while using high quality materials. He and his crew worked on the repair even on a Sunday as rain is forecasted the following day and he is concerned about further damage it may cause. I made this review for his honesty, reliability, good work done, and being easy to deal with. Now my anxiety is gone, I felt so excited whenever rain is coming. He was back in a few days with his men and did an excellent job correcting the work the previous roofing company did during the installation.
