Supreme Roofing Solutions is the way to go if you're in the market for a new roof. From start to finish the whole process was absolutely smooth. My husband travels a lot for work, so I was going at this for the first time just me. So as you can imagine, I was a bit nervous. Upon my first meeting with Brady, the nerves were gone. He was polite, understanding, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything and answered every question I had without hesitation. When it came time to deal with insurance, Brady and Dustin eased that process as well. From showing up to meet with the adjuster to explaining the work scope step by step. I even had a few non-roof related repairs I needed done and they were more than willing to take care of it all. Which they did without any hiccups. On build day, 6:30 was the start time and they weren't lying. There were shoes on the roof right on time. Rodney, project manager, was great! He showed me all the material they were using and even gave me a little demonstration to show the water repeling qualities of their product. My roof was 100% completed the same day! When they left, you couldn't even tell they had been here. Clean, spotless, I've even been waiting for the shingle dust that comes from new shingles and there is none. Last night, we finally got a big storm on the new roof and I slept peacefully knowing i had a Supreme Roof overhead. Dustin was awesome. Very patient with dealing with insurance company. Answered all questions I had and provided explanations in simple terms. We used Supreme Roofing Solutions to get our roof replaced from a storm. From the first meeting with Derek, everything was exceptional. The original inspection, meeting our adjuster, going over everything from what to expect and how it works, just wonderful. Communication is huge with me and he far exceeded my expectations of a contractor. The day before our roof was being replaced he told us his crew would be there at 6:30 in the morning and to please have the driveway cleared. Right on time!! The crew showed up at 6:29 in the morning and immediately got to work. They worked hard, fast, and they have a wonderful system. Derek even stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Following a significant hailstorm in Katy Texas April 2023, we began our search for a quality roofing company. We searched on Google and read many reviews and contacted Supreme Roofing Solutions, LLC. We spoke with Dustin who was able to come out and inspect our roof which ended up having hail damage and a leak around our skylight. Dustin explained the insurance process for us and helped us along the way to better understand the steps involved. The day our insurance adjuster arrived Dustin was at our house there to speak with him and to make sure nothing was overlooked. I really appreciated that he was able to be there. Just a week later we had an approval letter and an insurance check not there long after. Our roof replacement was scheduled the week after and a roofing team of about a dozen workers were able to remove our old roof and install the entire new roof in one single day. Amazing! Everyone was very nice, the roof looks amazing, and Dustin was there to give it the final look over with me. Dustin made it look so easy. A couple of month ago there are a few days with heavy rain, my roof was leaking. I called several roofing company and only Derek was willing to come out and do a temporary fix for the leaking. Once the weather clears, he came out again to check the roof and suggested me to file a claim with the insurance. He also helped me with every step of the process and I really enjoyed working with him. The new roof they put on looks super nice and I highly recommend SRS for your roof problems.

I want to give five stars to Supreme Roofing Solutions; they were recommended in my neighborhood Facebook group. We had a leak in our garage, so I called them since they were a locally owned business from our neighborhood. Dustin and Ben came out, they got up on our roof, they figured out where the leak was coming from, and they fixed it on the spot. It only took an hour. What an amazing and exceptional company. Please read and make sure you do not stop. Its going to be a little long but I promise I will make it short.Ever since Hurricane Harvey our insurance company had denied for us to get a new roof. Imagine being denied year after year and after every passing storm. We had hail damage and all and still kept getting denied. Every roofer we had come over did inspection, we filed claim, insurance denied, roofers left. No one did anything about helping us out. The tears and frustration seeing everyone get a new roof around us and we got nothing. It wasn't our deductible, it was the insurance company just flat out saying NO!One day a neighbor saw a work truck pull into the parking lot of our neighborhood and told the gentleman Ian to come over and inspect our roof, so he did. We obviously needed one bad and desperately. I have to say this process started somewhere is June. Again, we filed with AllState (DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE THE WORST) again denied. Here is where Ian contacted his boss Derek.Once Derek got involved they promised us that they will do everything they could to get us a new roof. After the appeal got denied they took it to the appraisal. Did you know that could happen? Lets just say that after two months fighting for our roof and getting the appraisal involved, I AM A HAPPY OWNER!.Long story short, don't let the insurance company deny you. Let Derek work his magic behind the scene and they will come through for you. We never had anyone fight for us like they did. After they remove all the shingles the damage to the roof was so bad that it wouldn't have stand another storm. You never know whats underneath until its all out. So thankful for the entire professional crew that came. They all did an amazing job. Thank you so much for everything you have done for our home, but for our family. Dustin and Brady came out to inspect my roof. There was no damage, but I needed my nails that were exposed re-sealed to prevent any future leaks. I let them tackle the job and they were fast and showed pictures of all the re-sealed areas.

Had a leak in the roof. I reached out to David, the owner, and he had his guy come out to inspect the roof. When Derek came out, he pointed out all the things that were wrong with the roof. The crew was at the house bright and early, and once they had everything set up, they began to rip the old roof off. The crew was also professional, and they knocked it out in less than 8 hours for the day. They left no trace of them even being at the house. We are extremely happy with the results of the roof.
