Hey Friends,Austin Southwest Roofing is a great roofing business. They put a new roof on our home in 2019 and did a great job. We were pleased with the roof and enjoyed the look. Last year we saw some issues on the flat part of the roof and I called Austin Southwest about the issue.One month ago Shane, sent out a crew to fix the problem at no cost . Shane even called about a week later to check on the work and we talked about it. (Thanks for checking back about the work.)This is a great business and I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.

It was difficult to know who to trust when it came time to replace the roof. Much energy was spent worrying if our family could afford a new roof as our house is 20 years old and this was a potentially large expense. Austin Southwest Roofing not only did an amazing job replacing the roof (knowledgeable, fast and great clean up) but they worked with our insurance company and assured us all we would have to pay for was the deductible. The folks at Southwest roofing were always available to answer any questions I had. They used high quality materials. The work crew was friendly and did an excellent job of cleaning up when the job was finished. My roof was not just replaced but is much better than before. This was the second time I hired this company to replace a damaged roof. The crew was able to replace the entire roof in one day. That included ripping the old roof off, replacing the flashing and underlayment and shingles. When they were done, they cleaned up everything so well one would never know they were there. They actually left my property looking better than when they arrived. After two experiences with bad roofers I found Austin Southwest Roofing. They have been reliable and trustworthy for the repairs I have needed over the last several years. When I was ready for a roof replacement I called them. Their proposal was very detailed with pictures and that helped. We had originally been referred by our insurance (Liberty Mutual) to Austin Southwest Roofing as their preferred vendor, and we can totally see why! The team was super responsive to our claim and was able to professionally replace our roof MONTHS in advance of others in our neighborhood that had started the process at the same time as us. The inspection process was easy and informative. JT walked me through what he had found and followed up on details such as if we wanted to reinstall the sat. dish (we didn't, so less holes in the new roof).I can't speak to changes or followup service, but mostly because we haven't had any leaks or issues!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof installation

If you have ever been nervous about contacting a company to do work on your roof because you didn't know if they were trustworthy, professional, high quality, and fair priced....DON'T BE!! Shane and his team are better than advertised. They delivered on every aspect of the job that you would need from them....I won't use anybody but Austin Southwest Roofing ever again (on my home residence, or my rentals). Thanks Shane!!!

Dealing with the administrative staff was a nightmare. They are disorganized, incompetent, rude, and threatening. When I told my insurance company about my experience, they said they have been removed from their preferred vendor list. Unless you want to deal with nasty people, go elsewhere.

Phone lady didn't know what the business process is wrt working with insurance company on roof replacement due to hail damage. Roofing company normally is willing to communicate/work with insurance company on behalf of the owner for coverage but not with Austin Southwest based on what I was told. Hail damage marks were obvious on the roof according to other roofing company's report but were not seen in Southwest report.Service: Roof inspection

Austin Southwest Roofing delivered what was promised in the estimate and actually went beyond. After the roofers started we had some inclement weather and they stopped before it got wet and made sure that it was not going to leak. Once the weather cleared up, they continued and still on schedule. We were completely satisfied and highly recommend Austin Southwest Roofing.

I was assured that the decking would be covered under my insurance - it was not. I had to pay the large amount of difference. The roofers damaged the interior of my home and an additional contractor had to come to do that repair work. Sheetrock was broken, light fixtures fell from the ceiling and cracks appeared in different places in the ceiling throughout the house. This roof ended up taking 4 months to complete with all of the repairs and I had to ask for the final invoice so that I could get credit with my insurance for the new roof on my policy.
