My roof needed to be replaced due to hail damage. River City Roofing was amazingly professional start to finish. Cliff was courteous and very good about explaining details, working with my insurance company, and helping with our request to coordinate doing my roof and my neighbors in the adjacent townhouse at the same time for consistency across the roofs. The clean up afterwards was exceptional and even included cleaning up my next door neighbor's yard. A quality job all around.

This is my second 5 star review. This is the best long term company to work with. We had our roof replaced a year ago, recently had a problem with the boot that fits over the ventilation pipe. They are coming to fix it at not cost to me. This place has real professionals and amazing customer service. Thank you River City Roofing!

Our house suffered a lot of hail damage from a storm in late September. I contacted several contractors including River City Roofing. Jay Lovell inspected our property with the insurance adjuster which was very comforting knowing that nothing would get missed. We ended up going with a different contractor since we had interior, gutter, siding and more damage but I wanted to leave a review since Jay was so professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend River City Roofing for your roofing needs based on Jay’s professionalism.

Dennis Serna from River City Roofing came out after a large hail storm to give an evaluation on my ~3 year old roof to see if it'd need to be replaced/repaired after the storm. He was very professional and after the evaluation said there were a few spots damaged but not enough to do an entire replacement.
