I had this company replace my roof started in 2018 but it didn’t get done till 2019 because he never did what he said he was going to do. We use this company because Ben Rodemeyer was a friend of my son’s in school stay away from this company they put I don’t know what kind of wood they used for my facia but as you can see in the pictures, these are like maybe five years old and the woods just disintegrating. I have no idea what they did I have a warranty but they won’t stand behind the warranty. They are absolutely ridiculous. Ben says he didn’t do it that he subbed it out and they aren’t going to do anything but my contract was with you, Mr. Rodemeyer. If you’re reading this review, do yourself a favor and go over to Midlo contracting, they did what they said they were going to do they finished early. 1st Quality Roofing & Construction did an AWESOME job on my roof. He made sure the tenants were ok with the schedule. They were in and out of there in 1 day. They replaced the roof and gutters, looks great!
