It would be more-professional to at least reach out to a prospective customer if you're unable to take on their job, instead of just ghosting them.

Our first experience with QRCC was having them pour our back patio extension. Since then I’ve seen them go onto do amazing things in our community! I had the privilege to chip in a little bit this past week while they were working hard to secure fire wood for our community and split it all up manually to fill orders. QRCC was easy to work with and the best value (work quality and price) compared to other local contractors. They called about my request and next day we’re on site. They finished a 20x20 patio extension and 360 sqft stone paver pathway in 5 days. David C. was my point of contact for the project and he was very responsive when I asked questions or when updates needed to be sent. Really easy to work with. Not like some other contractors who will say they will call you back and don’t or say work is 2 months out.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Zach with QRCC took my call late at night and said he is on it. He had a plumber out within 12 hours to fix my leak.
