I reached out to Storm Guard to come out and inspect my roof. Caleb arrived on time and was extremely professional asking questions regarding my concerns. He performed a thorough inspection of my exterior roof, gutters, and fencing.After finishing the inspection he took the time to review the captured pictures and his observation notes. He then sent a detailed professional PDF report containing the pictures and notes. I fully expected him to say I needed a new roof. During the professional review he confirmed that I didn’t have enough damage to file for a new roof.I would definitely recommend giving Storm Guard a call as they are a very professional and honest contractor.

We had a new roof installed back in 2017.  Our previous roof was 30 years old, and we never had any leaks.  Since 2017 we have constantly battled leaks and tried to work with our contractor to address those leaks and they were never able to make it right.  We finally got tired of trying to work with our contractor, so I reached out to Storm Guard.  Steve and the Team came highly recommended by my brother-in-law and his neighbors.  Steve scheduled and sent out both Eric and Caleb to perform an inspection.  That same day they sent us a detailed report showing us the areas of the roof that needed to be addressed to stop our roof from leaking.  We were hoping that the report would show we needed a new roof, but they showed us that there wasn’t enough damage from recent wind and hail events to justify filing a claim with our insurance carrier.  They gave us a very reasonable quote to fix our roof and, we had asked them to remove our skylight. We accepted their bid, and they were out within a day or two to perform the work.  The crew was very friendly, and you could tell they took pride in their work.  Steve was onsite to get them started and Caleb came out once the work was completed to take pictures and show us the work was completed to our liking.  They did a great job of communicating and their clean-up was outstanding.  I would recommend them for any size job big or small.

I called Storm Guard to come out and inspect my father’s house and Eric showed up and he was extremely professional and took a good amount time to inspect the roof and all exterior aspects of the home and property. He was extremely honest and shared he didn’t find enough damage to file a claim at this time. He provided a very professional report with photos to show areas we may need to address in the future. If we have another hail storm I will definitely be contacting Storm Guard to do another assessment! Highly recommend!!!

When we originally built our house the contractor left a gap between the chimney flute and the cap allowing water to enter our home when raining and causing damage. We had another roofing company out to attempt to fix it which cost money and didn’t fix the issue. Storm Guard came out - Caleb and Steve you guys are awesome - did some troubleshooting and brainstorming and within a few days my chimney cap is leak free! These guys are awesome, give them a call for any and every roofing need!

Caleb was very thorough and knowledgeable regarding my ongoing roof leaks that were a result of another roofing company who installed my roof in 2017. The roofers were competent and professional and thankfully fixed my problems after years of begging for help from the original roofing company. (They did come back a few times after much begging but still leaks persisted). One of StormGuard executives came out to inspect the roofers work before accepting payment and has called after every hard rain to make sure everything was fixed. I very highly recommend Storm Guard Roofing and Construction. I will only use them from now on.

We love the new roof!We had some wind and hail damage from a storm 2 weeks ago. A friend recommended Tommy, who works for Storm Guard, and he was very responsive and informative. We got the ball rolling with my insurance and within the 2 weeks, we got the roof and gutters installed. The slowest thing about the whole process was waiting for the insurance side. They were consistent, detailed, and on time. Storm Guard also wanted to make sure that insurance covered everything if there was extensive damage under the old shingles. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. In the future, should I have any roofing jobs done, I will be turning to Storm Guard. My house looks like a whole different home. I reached out to storm guard because I have had an issue with a stretch of gutter’s overflowing. Caleb came out and took a look at the gutters making sure they weren’t clogged and determined that we need to add a downspout. Since adding the downspout we have had no issues with the gutter overflowing or leaking where they added the downspout. I would highly recommend giving storm guard a call.

Steve and his team at Storm Guard was great dealing with. They went over and beyond on helping with insurance and making sure I received what was right for me. They also helped on picking the right shingle. We went with Owen’s Corning teak class 4 shingle. The team did a great job on installing my new shingles and the out come was great. They made sure during the day, things went right and clean up was over the top. I looked for nails in my yard and found nothing. These guys are the best roofers in the business Period! They did 3 houses for us in one day. Stripped everything down to decking, and installed the best looking roof we have ever had. Storm Guard recently replaced the roof on my home which had hail damage. Eric Grimes was my point of contact for this project and he made the whole process simple and easy for me. He worked with my insurance company and their roof inspector to lobby on my behalf.I was given an estimated out-of-pocket dollar value that I would owe, and that value never changed. I was so pleased with this roofing company. I googled roofing companies near me and Storm Guard of Fort Worth Southeast was one of the options. I called them to do a roof inspection as I was selling my house and the buyers wanted to have a roofing company look at the roof and tell us if it needed to be replaced or needed any repairs. The Storm Guard team was very attentive to our needs. We were in the process of selling our home and a storm came into the area and caused a tree to fall onto our roof causing minor damage. I made a call to Steve Kneller and his team was on-site within 90mins to assess the situation, perform a roof inspection and give me an initial follow up.
