I used Toucan Roofing to replace my roof twice, the first time was 12 yrs ago. I did the usual get 3 estimates and I'll never forget Toucan's owner saying to me, "What can I do to get this job?" No one has ever said that to me. He was serious! He gave me the best price and even met my insurance adjuster up on my roof. Great quality work and worked with my insurance company by going the extra mile. So, this most recent time there was another hailstorm and I obviously used Toucan again, once again he exceeded my expectations. The insurance adjuster said to me that I wasn't going to get a roof as nice as the one across the street from me, because that would be like getting high performance tires on a pinto. Well, I got the high quality roof with a life time warranty. Toucan is the only roofer I would ever use. I highly recommend them. Always A+ service!

I had to file a claim for a roof replacement after years of hail damage, and Toucan Roofing took care of my roof hassel-free, and did a great job! They also had a painter who was able to handle some interior problems resulting from leaks. Very happy with the results!

Toucan Roofing did a fantastic job repairing my home. They replaced my roof, my gutters, they painted the exterior of my home and even worked with my insurance company to get additional damage approved that my insurance adjuster missed on his report.Toucan took the worry out of the job process. Not to mention, the amount of money they are saving me on my homeowners insurance by upgrading my roof to a Class 4.I am so happy that I chose Toucan as my contractor. I was worried about choosing a company because of all the horrible testimonies I had heard from friends who had used other roofers years past.Toucan's office is just minutes from my home. They have a nice brick building in the center of Mansfield. They are fully staffed, which made it nice speaking with a friendly voice so close to home.I have peace of mind knowing that I made a good choice by using a reputable contractor, Toucan Roofing!!

I live in the Arbors. I was referred to Toucan by several of my neighbors who have used them more than once for a new roof. Since my neighbors had really good things to say about them and they are located on Broad street, I decided to try them.They did a great job! After they were done I received a roof certificate.I'm getting substantial reduction of my homeowners insurance premiums for having replaced my roof with an impact resistant (Class 4) roof shingle. I had never heard of that type of shingle. Toucan explained the differences and I'm very glad I chose to upgrade!

They do what they say they would do and do it when they say they will do it. We are a living proof of that!We recently had our roof replaced due to hail damage. You frequently hear horror stories about roofing contractors, and quite naturally we were very leery about going through this process. We interviewed a few roofing contractors and Toucan Contracting, LLC by far came out on top as far as honesty and comparability. The decision to use this company was also based upon recommendation from a family friend who recently had her roof replaced by Toucan Roofing, LLC.They were professional, timely, and did the job within the time frame promised. They were very pleasant to work with - from Matt Devarennes, Insurance Claim Specialist who came out to inspect our roof, gave us an estimate and personally supervised the job to Mary Daniels, Office Manager who handled the paperwork and everything else. They were very accommodating.We probably won't need a new roof any time soon since we upgraded to Class IV shingles, and they did an excellent job; but if for any reason we ever need a new roof in the future, we will not hesitate to call them! They were professional from start to finish. The workers were fast, and they cleaned up the property very well. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Toucan Roofing Did my roof in Wylie after 2016 hailstorm. After their work, another roofing company had to come 3 times to fix roof leaks due to Toucan roofing very poor quality of work

Toucan Roofing installed a new Roofing on our house in 2017. Satellite dish(s) had to be removed and reinstalled, we noticed the shingles at the edge of the roof were misplaced and when we got a closer look, there was an indenture under the nail of the Satellite dish and water damage to the plywood creating a sink hole under the shingles. We called Toucan and they said they would send someone to investigate. So to make a long story short, Toucan doesn't have a warranty to fix the issue so I had to pay for the repair out of my pocket.
