I've had my roof replaced twice. The last time was Trinity Roofing. I replaced my shingles with Class IV shingles and the last hail storm that came through, I had no damage while many of my neighbors did. Paul Duncan and his crews are superb. They were quick, VERY proficient and cleaned up better than I could have imagined at the end of the job. In addition, his people did all the communications with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Over 30 years I have replaced about 5 roofs on different properties. Trinity provided the best experience of all. Planning was comprehensive and suggestions that were offered allowed me to save substantial money with my insurance company over the long term through a shingle upgrade, additional attic cooling was suggested and accepted, and a recurring squirrel problem in the eaves was resolved. The work was performed carefully and no yard plants were lost. Cleanup was extremely thorough. I was even provided a video to document the damages before the job was started. I used Trinity Roofing and Construction for my gutter replacement from 5" gutters to 6" gutters. Rick Longoria was the project manager who supervised the installation. Rick was here during and after the installation to make sure that I was pleased with the outcome, which was just perfect! The workers did an outstanding job and did not waste any time. When I had a concern about anything, I could reach Rick or Jan (at the office) easily. I was never put on hold! Customer service rates an A++. Trinity Roofing was able to fit me in their schedule for a roof repair around my chimney quickly before some rainy weather moved in. Periodically as my foundation shifts it opens a gap between the roof and chimney and the wood's starting to rot. I've had it fixed before but TR reflashed it the right way this time.

Last year we needed a new roof and Alex with Trinty Roofing in Frisco, TX was our sales rep, and I must say that Alex is an awesome guy, no pressure to up sale their product, he took time to explain the difference in all the products and pricing, he also stayed in touch throughout the entire process to keep me informed, they did a wonderful job and I now have a beautiful roof, we decided to go with the best product they had to protect us from wind and hail damage, and after this last hail storm we had a couple of weeks ago. I am so thankful that we did, and what makes Alex even more amazing is that he called and ask how the roof handled the storm and even came by the house to check for damage. Trinity just redid my roof following a recent hail storm. I upgraded to Class 4 shingles to hopefully prevent a repeat in the future. I don’t know if I’ve ever met anyone more professional and honest than Paul Duncan. Seldom does a job go perfect. IMO it’s how someone reacts when it’s not perfect. We had a couple of minor glitches along the way and Paul ensured everything was addressed and we were satisfied. I couldn’t have asked for more and we would definitely use them again. I was also impressed with Jake, a young man learning the business. He was our primary interface and went the extra mile to ensure things stayed on track. Good service is hard to find anymore and excellent service is rare, but let me tell you about Diego Micheo at Trinity Roofing. Like many of you, we needed to have her house reroofed, and my husband reached out to his contacts. Diego came by and gave us an estimate, explained every step of the way clearly, and we decided to go with him. He exceeded our expectations every step of the way. He worked with our insurance company, was here early before the installers arrived, and stayed, ensuring that everything was done well. Never mind that it was 100° out, he is always smiling, pleasant, and willing to serve. He stayed after the roofers left and picked up every nail around the house, and any other debris left behind. They covered our pool to ensure that no material fell in it. He also arrange for gutter installers to come later and reinstall our gutter guards, and came by again check that everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank you, Trinity Roofing but a special thanks to Diego for taking customer service to a new level.

Rick was prompt, professional and went above and beyond to provide a reasonable quote to repair the roof. Trinity Roofing replaced our roof the summer of 2023. They guided my husband and I through purchasing roofing material without pressure and accommodated our needs and limitations. They worked well with the insurance company. Jake Stephens was onsite during installation. He took several before, during, and after pictures. The roofers seemed to enjoy their work even in the 100+ temperatures. They stripped off 3 layers of felt that previous roofers had not removed. This is how they discovered rotten decking which they quickly replaced. They finished in one day and I saw workers cleaning the area several times.After the roofing day, Jake Stephens returned to inspect the work. He observed hammer damage to the facia of the gables and scheduled a carpenter to replace and paint the damaged wood. The gables now look better than before the hailstorm.We also replaced the chimney top and added gutters. Again, Jake followed up that work. He identified a mistake and made sure it was corrected.Jake was extremely attentive to every need and detail and gave us confidence the work was well done. I contacted Trinity and Joel Carriker came to my home to explain the process. He was very patient and helpful especially with determining when the damage occurred, speaking with the insurance company and guiding me through the paperwork. I was nervous about finding a roofing company and Trinity was the 2nd one I spoke with. I cancelled my 3rd appointment because I felt so comfortable with the whole process after spending time with Mr. Carriker. The work was done by a wonderful crew who came at 6:00 am and worked efficiently and nonstop until 12:00 noon. Six hours and I had a new roof! They cleaned up everything and even took down an old satellite dish. Every communication I had with Trinity during this process was positive and they responded immediately whether it was Mr. Carriker or Jan in the office. We had an inspection come back on our house listing a lot of problems. We were recommended Trinity by a neighbor, and had another company come out for estimates. The other company took so long (and honestly looked like they were going to be more expensive). Alex, on the other hand, gave us a fast quote that was more than reasonable.The work got started quickly. I cannot think of enough great adjectives to describe my appreciation forthe quality of work Trinity and "Heath Smith" have provided in my home!Last spring they replaced and repaired my damaged roof. They were soprofessional that I called Heath Smith again about getting a quote to install hardwood flooring in my bedroom. They promised it would be completed in two days. It was done in 7 hours! They cleaned everywhere and replaced my furniture exactly where it needed to be!
