By far the worst roofing company I've dealt with. Came out to fix a leak and said there was missing caulk from their initial roof installation. Then had same leak months later.. Have talked to their office and the manager and 6 TIMES they said they'll come out to take a look at it. After 6 different no shows, they won't answer the phone and manager won't answer texts. Decided to have 2 different roofing companies come out for an estimate and they both tell me the roof flashing was installed completely wrong from WR Roofing. I highly recommend not using them.

INTEGRITY WINS! After the huge hail storm of 2021 I was shocked to find that my 3-year old home needed a new roof. Just after the storm I was constantly bombarded with roofing companies coming to my door promising “unheard of deals” that seemed, to be honest not that legal with regards to insurance claims. So my friend who had his roof done before and loved it. Gave me Jason Brussman’s cell phone number. Jason came to my house an hour later and walked the roof. He found areas that needed repair and some areas he felt the other guys might have “made happen.” I’m very big into truth and integrity so I went with WR Roofing. The entire process was flawless. Jason handled all the paperwork from start to finish. When the crew showed up. All I can say is CLEAN! I’ve had roofs done before and there was mess everywhere! These guys did an exceptional job! No trash NO NAILS left behind. My house literally looked like no one had ever came there. If you want an a ambulance chasing company go with the other guys. But for me… I’ll always give Jason a call and use WR Roofing! Today… integrity and professionalism wins out. And that’s why I 100% recommend WR Roofing!

We had an exceptional experience with WR Roofing to repair our home after years of hail damage. The owner, William Rhodes, was professional and personally came to our home to review the required work and expectations. Jason was the project manager who was our main point of contact during the project. He provided us with many samples of shingles and helped us decide upon which shingle and color to finally use. We eventually chose Atlas in a black color and it turned out great! We also had his gutter contractor replace all gutters and downspouts. Jason told us that he used his most premier crew to remove and replace the shingles and it took the crew only 1.5 days for full completion of a very complex roof with a steep pitch. In addition, the crew was very particular to maintain proper demolition piles and did an excellent job in cleaning up the yard and pool area to minimize roof nails and debris. We gave 5 stars to WR Roofing and props to William and Jason. Thank you.

Have been calling for more than 6 months on a roof repair that they installed. It is always the same story - we will call you when the person is on your route and they go silent. Frustrated with the quality of service, if they are unable to come out of repairs they should just come out and say that instead of open ended appointments. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest i could give, wish there was a zero star option
