This company is a scam, I recently have seen their facebook postings going back months (claiming a special for a full kit, the frame and roof) and about a year ago I purchased a "kit" well said kit didnt even include the metal sheets (according to sales associate) for the roof or the installation and they charged me for a full kit yet didnt provide it complete, we had to pay someone else to install and buy sheets for the roof, the customer service is terrible and I feel like the man working there swindles out things and the employees keep products yet charge customers full kits. THIS IS A FRAUD!!!!

This company wouldn't even respond to the BBB. I would give them a 1/2 star if I could. they do not stand by their warranties and Lowe's is crazy to continue to do business with them since they are unresponsive to client complaints. I'm just happy that the BBB will annonate on their file that they are unresponsive to them and to the client. Thomas Van Der Meulen, if you really own this company you need to stand by your company's warranties and train your people to at least respond. I would never buy anything from this company again and I would recommend no one else does either. All I want is the materials to repair the damage that poor installation caused.I purchased the SHED from Lowe's and was told that it was a Backyard Product, LLC. I have additional information should you require it.

Highly recommend staff very friend, all around place great prices and it well worth the drive for the quality of materials. They help pretty much build my 30x30 garage with all there information what is what.

Nothing good to say about this place, or the people, and I have spoke to all them over the phone, and most of them in person about my carport. The higher up the chain you go, the less that individual cares, so after a year of waiting on them to fix my building, I paid someone else. The next day, it was finished.
