Called Maze construction for a bid on 22’x37’ concrete pad for a utility building. Zefs came out right away and gave me a very reasonable bid compared to everyone else. He handled everything and paid attention to all the details that I wanted done. He brought the dirt work guy who was very good and was also reasonable, same with the concrete guy.I told him I was in a hurry to get the concrete pad done and he finished it in 2 to 3 days.If you need any kind of work done like renovation or construction work then Zefs is the guy to call.

I needed to have the roof on 4 buildings and a metal porch cover replaced from storm damage. One of the buildings had a back wall and a roof to be rebuilt since a very large tree fell across the top. Zef had the necessary crews come in and complete the work. The guys were polite and professional. Zef would often check on the work being done and redirect work as needed.Not all shingle colors are in stock, so we had to cull several of my choices. It is certainly better to make the color choices at the start of the project so it does not hold up the progress. It was hard to locate lighter colors to help deflect the sun. Choose early to get your selections shipped as needed.A big thank you to Zef and his crew members for taking care of my roofing needs with courtesy and quality service. Zef listened to all my needs, answered all my questions, and ensured he took care of any concerns. Customer service is important to them, and it shows.

We used this company to repair all the damage from the hail storm from the spring. They repaired everything This included new wooden fence, new metal roofing, new deck and repainted the entire house. Also restained cedar posts and existing deck. The work was excellent and the crews were all very nice. Will definitely use them for any future jobs we may need and would not hesitate to recommend them for your building or repair needs.

I contacted Mase Construction for an estimate on re roofing my house. Zef came out gave me fair estimate to do the repair. He scheduled the repair a few days later. The crew arrived early an began the repairs. Zef added two new whirly birds and replaced several sheets of decking and fireplace flashing. I asked if he could use the upgraded shingles with the 130 mph rating. The additional cost was very reasonable and i have a peace of mind that my roof will last longer in these east texas storms. When i arrived home, i had a new roof. Zefs crew left no sign of even being there. I highly recommend Zef and his crew for maintance needs. Thankyou ZefDavid Capps

Moving to Marshall from Houston, I had no contacts to do renovations on my home, but luckily, I was referred to Maze Construction from a fellow church volunteer that had used them before and said they did good work. I decided to give them a try especially after getting 3 quotes and they are extremely reasonable. So far they have renovated my garage, attic doorway, and installed foam insulation and I’m so pleased. They do good quality work, fast, very responsive, and at a reasonable price. Grateful to have found a good , honest, and reliable contractor as we all know or have heard, honest contractors are hard to come by.

They did an excellent job and the driveway looks better than ever. Second project was to paint the exterior surfaces of our house.
