Can't say good or bad as I left a message for Brent with a co-worker who answered the phone but never received a callback. As a result, we had to take our business to a local competitor.Update: Taking down to 1 star for lack of service. Two years later and gave them another opportunity. This time I went to the office to schedule someone to come by to take a look at our roof after recent storms. Nice lady at the front said someone would call me and be by soon, but was unable to give me any timeline as to when that would be. I did ask if it would be before the end of the year (this was in November '23) and was assured it would be. We're now approaching February of '24 and no word whatsoever. Please call Marshall Hometown Roofing as they will return calls and stay true to their word.
