** 2021 and it was time for the master bathroom to get a makeover. Called Jose up and he came out to give up an estimate. Jose gave us some great design ideas that we didn’t think of. The 123 crew got started on the demo as things moved forward. There were a few delays (Not the fault of 123) due to shipping delays and on shipments that arrived damaged. We communicated with Jose and he was patient and understanding. When we finally received the item from our vendor. The 123 crew was back at the job and completed everything fast and with great detail. We have recommended 123 Remolding & Roofing to several people and will use them again for future projects.** 2018 Complete makeover. Jose and his crew did an excellent job on our house. They completely removed the old siding, eave, and replaced it with James Hardie planked siding and painted the entire exterior of the house. Replaced 17 windows, installed three new doors, ran electrical wire for front side lighting, painted several areas on the interior of the house. The crew was always professional, and Jose went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied with the job that was being done.

Jose and his crew did a great job on my house. They removed old siding and replaced it with James Hardie planked siding and it looks great. They also replaced siding on my shed and removed some brick columns that I no longer wanted on my property. They also replaced my front door and sidelights and put in new stair rails and spindles. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They were truly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the job that they did.

This company did a great job with my home! First project they turned my garage into a bedroom and guest bathroom. Removed the door leading to the garage and turned it into a hallway. I ended up changing the plans slightly but before it was too late and they worked with me every step of the way. Had them remodel my master bathroom as well and they did great. I will definitely be using them again for upcoming remodeling projects. I reached out to this company a year before the work began for a quote. Not only was the price much better than the other 3 companies I reviewed, but this was the only company that offered me Hardee-Plank as opposed to insulated vinyl. They honored their quote and now a year later I am constantly told how nice job is land how beautiful my home looks from my neighbors. They were very professional, very punctual and kept me informed of every move. They did a wonderful job! This company does more than siding, so I look forward to working with them on future projects!

Very adaptable to a changing scope and beautiful work. Hired them to do the living room, but ended up using the to do the kitchen, back patio and 2 bathrooms. What more can I say that hasn’t already been said. I had never submitted a home insurance and to have the first time be due to a hailstorm - yikes!Jose walked me through what the process would be with the insurance company and made sure someone was there with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. Jose patiently answered all of my questions and was very timely with responses. He made sure I understood the payment process with the insurance company, everything his company needed to do, what order things would be done and why, etc., and he communicated with me the entire way.I’ll definitely call 123 Remodeling and Roofing again for any future projects and I highly recommend them. Great job replacing old vinyl siding with James Hardie fiber cement planks.I am very happy with the work they did on my house. The old vinyl siding and the original siding had to be removed. Decking had to be added to the house since Hardie Plank is heavier than vinyl siding.They painted the planking with Sherwin Williams paint, the color of my choice. They also painted the garage door to match the new siding color.They coordinated with the window installers and everything was completed within a week. There were no problems.The house looks great. I would definitely hire them for other jobs.

123 Remodeling & Roofing installed new siding on my home. From the initial meeting, they were very professional. They walked me thru the process and what to expect, provided an accurate start an finish date. While the work was going on, I was in constant contact with the manager. He answered all the questions I had in a timely manner.The crew that installed the siding was very good. Even to the point where they saw me pulling up to the garage in the back of the house, a member a crew hurried to the back of the house to sweep the driveway off and ensure there were no nails or debris that prevented me from pulling into my garage.The crew took a lot of pride in their work. Once they were done, they gave me an unofficial walk thru to point out how well they had done on the house. The official walk-thru came later after the house was painted and all the work was completed.I highly recommend this this company for your siding work! My experience was very positive.

123 replaced part of my fence, stained everything to match and did an r-panel overlay to reinforce a portion of the fence that had been breeched by a neighbor's dog. Really impressed with the quality and timeliness of work. They were very responsive to questions and pricing was competitive. Will definitely reach out to them for future projects!
