We had been talking about renting a power washer to clean our porch and front entry driveway when we were blessed with this professional service over the holidays. It was great! Bryan came exactly when he said he would and did a fabulous job. The driveway, porch and sidewalks look brand new. Along with cleaning obvious dirt and gunk, he treated the driveway for algae that was there to prevent it coming back. This is a great way to increase curb appeal and give the front of your house a little facelift. Highly recommend!

Bryan at 1st Choice Softwash Solutions does a fantastic job of cleaning concrete! He first did my sister’s home and then ours. Our driveway, patio and sidewalks look so different. His method cannot be duplicated by just using a power washer. He accomplished getting so much dirt, algae and grime from the concrete very quickly. We were amazed. And his pricing is very reasonable. Cannot recommend him enough. 5 Stars! And then some.

Bryan did an awesome job. I had a roof that was covered in black "mildew" of some sort that I think must have come off the big trees I have around my house. I tried the DIY approach with a sprayer and solution I got from Amazon...well-that didn't work. 1st Choice was on time, answered phone calls and texts immediately, and did a great job. My only other option for the roof would have been to replace my asphalt shingles. However, he did the work yesterday, and today the shingles look almost new! He also did my driveway concrete which turned out great. Highly recommend.

Bryan with 1st Choice Softwash exceeded my expectations with cleaning my Slate roof. He quoted a reasonable price, he explained why my roof looked so dirty even though there were no trees over the dirtiest looking areas, told me what he was going to do, and even did a small test section to demonstrate how it would look. It looked terrible in many spots before he cleaned it and now it looks like a Brand New Slate Roof. It looks awesome.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and the value I received from 1st Choice Softwash Solutions. Bryan was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and showed up promptly at the scheduled time.As we walked around the house so Bryan could complete an estimate, he courteously and satisfactorily answered all my questions. The bid was fair and we shook hands on the deal. As agreed, Bryan and his helper showed up later that same day and got it done. The roof and soffits were softwashed with a solution that killed the dark streaks and my roof and soffits look good as new. Bryan took care to capture the run off in plastic bags and hosed down my shrubbery before and after applying the solution to ensure no damage to my landscaping. I checked on the progress of work twice while they were here and was impressed with their teamwork and efficiency. Both men are Veterans and I was glad to engage a Vet-owned small business. Bryan was prompt and professional, discussing in advance what he was going to do and clearly stating the cost. We got our algae and mold stains cleaned off the roof that was a total makeover for the house. During his work I asked about the stains on the driveway and hired him for that too. The roof and the drive now look new. What a difference.

Wanted to surprise my parents by getting their house cleaned since years of erosion and mold had been growing on the siding of the house.
