We use this company to repair water damages in our bathrooms and master bed, they also replaced the carpets and did some minor repairs for us on the second floor. They did an amazing job at all of the repairs and Kindle Ladd was very fast at responding to all of our questions and concerns, they are very professional and patient with us and our insurance. Brady Gasaway was a professional and friendly leader of the team that performed water mitigation and reconstruction in my home. They did what he said they would on time and I am more than pleased with the results. Brady even took the time to explain the insurance estimate for me when the adjuster did not. He was very professional when the adjuster was down grading he and the company. I was not. Thank you for everything an I will recommend this company and Brady to anyone who is in need of a service this company does.

During a heavy rain, the ceiling in our new addition started leaking. I called Bestex Solutions first thing the next morning and one of their Sales Manager's, Bradey, was on it in no time...within a couple of hours, he and a partner arrived at my home, troubleshot the situation, showed me the problem, put up a temporary tarp, showed me a few other areas of concern, did not charge me, and told me to call the contractor and see if it is still under warranty. Being less than a year-old, I would guess it would have been, but I trusted their workmanship and was more than willing to pay for a repair I trusted.A few days later, we awoke to a new 'musty smell' in our hallway, I texted him to arrange for an appointment later in the week, and again, he was at my door within a few hours! (and yes, he did this minor fix w/o a charge for his expertise, time (30-40 minutes), or service!).Thank you, again. I recommend Bestex Solutions wholeheartedly.Service: Roof damage repair
