We appreciate John and Blake’s team, they did a great job on our multiple projects. From the roof replacement and took responsibilty for the solar matters and the garage door replacement. They worked with us from the start to the end. They are punctual and did the roof in one day. John came personally to talk to us to resolve issues and answered questions and gave suggestions on the projects. Their office corresponded to our insurance and did important paperworks for us, it took awhile because the delays was coming from the insurance side. Anyways, the wait was worth it and the job itself was done on-time, professionally and efficient. The garage door was done professionally in a couple of hours by one person only I feel bad forgotten his name but he is amazing! Highly recommend this team!

I’ve had a very positive experience with DFW Roofing Pro. I had been denied a new roof by a previous insurance company, but the staff at DFW Roofing Pro were able to file the claim and obtain approval from my current insurance provider, I didn’t have to do any of the paperwork, they took care of it all and I now have a new roof, new gutters and missing siding replaced. Brandon and his team are amazing. I was surprised how easy they made the process, from helping me work through the insurance claims process to helping me understand the ins and outs of my repair estimates. Brandon sat down with me personally to go over the repairs and gave me a full cost break down. They worked with my budget and got me the most out of my insurance claim, helping minimize my out of pocket contribution. Lindsi was a responsive and detail oriented point of contact who helped make sure I had all of the paperwork when I needed it. The team was able to get my replacement scheduled quickly, which helped avoid additional storm damage. DFW’s team was fast and professional. I had my entire roof replaced in about 6 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and I didn’t have to worry about a thing throughout the entire process. 10/10 would recommend Brandon and his crew to anyone in the central Texas area.

Thank You to Joshua, Cedric and Omar going above for quick leak repairs after much welcomed rain after a summer of drought. Called DFW Roofing Pro in the morning and by lunch time, service call and repairs were done on a small leak in my elder moms room. Fast turn around kept it from becoming a larger issue. A truly amazing company with excellent service and professionalism. They took care of the insurance that wasn't willing to pay at first, the owner himself helped us figuring out the process and made it affordable too. Once everything was settled with the insurance, they installed the new roof in no time and did it well. No trash left behind, they even covered the pool to protect it during the process and cleaned up afterwards like they were not even there. Hard to find this level of commitment, professionalism and transparency these days.

In 5 days, they had the job totally done--including the punchlist! Amazing. Their Opns Mgr (Joel) was over here last night (day before the holiday) & stayed until after 9pm to make sure it got all wrapped up. What contractor does that?! DFW ROOFING PRO did a job beyond our expectations. A large part of the roof was opened due to the strong wind, and I claimed this situation to the insurance company. I called dfw roofing and they came the same day and inspected me and I made an agreement with this company and then they covered the opening in the roof. The insurance company said that they would not pay because the damage was under deductible, but they did not accept hail damage as there was also damage caused by hail on the roof. I conveyed this situation to dfw roofing pro. Then he started to fight with DFW Roofing Pro Insurance Company and we claimed 9 times and finally won the fight. The insurance company, which did not want to pay us at all, had to pay 50k. I would like to thank DFW ROOFING PRO and its team for this success and quality of work.Selami Ozer

DFW Roofing Pro replaced my entire roof in one day. The team went well above and beyond to work with my insurance company and get the replacement fully approved. Three previous roofers had been unable to accomplish this on other properties. The install team was very professional. They showed up right on time as scheduled and kept me informed all day long. They protected my home and landscaping and cleaned up everything when they were leaving. The rain gutter replacement also went extremely well. My roof and gutters look great!
