We could not be happier with the work done by EPIK Construction. Preston was extremely professional and helped us with some of our decisions that needed to be made. Our home looks brand new with the new fascia boards, siding, gutters and paint. The whole staff communicated with us at every step of the way. I am extremely satisfied with the service and professionalism with Epik Construction. Shawn and Preston were quick to respond to all our concerns and questions. Shawn met with our insurance adjuster and went over all the damage to make sure all the damages from the hailstorm were included. Jordan was amazing to keep us informed on all the dates and schedule. When the work was completed an inspection was done to make sure work was satisfactory and all debris had been removed. I highly recommend Epik Construction!!

I worked with Preston on my facia maintenance and he spent time in provided several recommendations. We agreed on one. Preston came up before the work was to start and once the work was completed returned and completed a walk around. Where he notices some minor touchup issues and the crew quickly addressed his observations. I have ask for references on a future job and when I need roof work will request a bid from EPIK. Highly recommend them.

They did a FANTASTIC job on our Professional Office Building.Replaced the fascia boards, new gutters, spray washed and cleaned the entire building, painted all wood work and rod iron railings and doors. They did everything we needed so we didn't have to sub-contract it ourselves. Preston was the BEST to work with. Great to work with! Had a lot going on due to foundation issue and they worked with my insurance to make sure everything was taken care of and kept me in the loop the entire process (took over a year to get the foundation worked out!). Roof install went flawlessly, the crew were courteous, and everything was cleaned up after! They have some great deals and upgrades that get included and use Malarkey shingles. I would highly recommend!

I’m really pleased with their work and they helped me through the whole insurance process—even made sure the insurance company paid for my premium color shingle and increased the coverage of my ceiling damage that was not originally included in the claim. The Epik team showed integrity and dedication to their clients. Our experience could not have gone more smoothly - Very prompt with responses and actions. Brad was very helpful in our decision to replace our roof from the recent hail storms. Samantha kept us in the loop the whole time as we were going back and forth with our insurance company. Daniel was the project manager for the job and could not have been more personable and nice. The workers were courteous, at one point we asked during a slow moment if we could let our pup out to go potty and without hesitation they shut the fence doors and let us sneak out for a moment. Our yard was completely picked up from the nails and other construction debris. Daniel did a thorough walk-thru prior to the construction start and again after it was complete. I recently had the pleasure of working with Kendall on an apparent warranty call - my initial thoughts of a roof leak were quickly dispelled by Kendall's discovery of an actual PLUMBING leak in my guest-bath shower, not associated with EPIK's roofing efforts! Kendall presented himself very professionally, even down to the "uniform look" (khaki slacks, logo'ed polo shirt, clean and shaven) that one would expect from a knowledgable and customer-oriented service organization. Despite the fact that my issues were NOT caused by any actions by EPIK, Kendall was kind enough to explain the possible causes and their potential solutions, even to the point of offering EPIK's "one-stop-shop" of professional sub-trades to correct my problem.In short, these guys are GOOD. I've NEVER experienced the "hit-and-run" tactics that are so prominently-displayed regarding opportunistic roofing companies - just honest, professional, and knowledgeable construction and insurance experts.I would call EPIK again and would entrust my roofing or construction needs to them ANYtime - do yourself a favor and call them first when the need arises!

Shawn and Kendell are really professional guys. These gouys cober all the bases prior to the job explaining in detail how the work will go down.Both along with Samantha rhe iffice manage will inform you along the way while the job is being done.Safety wise the have the smallest detail covered such as caution construction zone in my yard warning my neighbors.All crew members have safety gear silich as harnesses while in the roof. Then they lay out tarps to catch roofing materials that fall to the ground.Afterwards they sweep the grounds with magnets to pick up loose nails and other metals. Very thorough indeed.I am Completely satisfied with all the work they have performed.
