I worked with Bruce recently on a very extensive project for a townhome community in Plano. The scope of work included 191 townhomes for full roof and gutter replacement, and various window screen replacements due to hail damage earlier in the year. Bruce was wonderful to work with! From start to finish, Bruce and his crew at Fairclaim Roofing were outstanding! Bruce worked countless hours making sure I got every penny from insurance that I needed for the repairs this past July hail storm has caused. My insurance was a tough one, but he managed to secure $17,000 in additional funds. Now the crew...The roof looks great and sleek- They started early and finished in one day. The painting crew...They did an amazing job on replacing the rotted wood and did a fantastic job taping everything off, calking, and really hit those small details on painting. The gutters were paint matched to the new paint color and put up nicley. These projects are just some of the work that stood out the most for me. Bruce is amazing at his job and knows what he is doing.

I worked with Dakota at FairClaims Roofing and was extremely pleased with the work and the service. I had a chimney leak that persisted even after I had hired another roofer to fix it and then eventually hired a company that specialized in chimney repair. Neither one was able to correct the problem. FairClaims realized that the masonry work was not correct from the original build. They lined up the mason to fix the original problem and also repaired the roofing in that area. Seeing the before and after pictures gives me comfort in seeing that it has been fixed for good. Waking up at 3am to a hellacious hail storm breaking windows and destroying everything in its path is never fun! I reached out to Bruce and he arrived as the sun came up. It was the best call I have ever made for my house! He helped with the much needed repairs to secure our home and prepare us for the winter storm arriving the next day - It was the start of him guiding us every step of the way.Bruce was very attentive providing status updates and answering questions quickly and as thoroughly as I needed throughout the course of our project. We had window replacement, all new gutters, vents and a full roof replacement. Our property was cared for and cleanup on every part of the job was excellent with extra care given to the back yard knowing we didn't want our dogs finding nails/debris.He was there for every meeting with insurance and subcontractors to ensure the work was done to his and our standards. Don and his team were great to work with. My job wasn't too small for them. I already had gutters on my house, but added an attached outdoor patio where I need needed gutters installed and connected to my existing ones. Don answered all my questions, and when his team came to survey the job, they made recommendations for making my existing gutters - the spread from one downspout to the next - even better. They were able to space them out more effectively in consideration of the addition of the patio instead of just leaving the current downspouts where they were. I had a great experience working with Bruce Siegel from Fairclaims to get some repairs done on our roof. We needed an old leaking water heater vent removed, a gutter added, and another vent resealed. Bruce responded quickly, and was flexible enough able to stop by and give us an estimate outside of normal business hours (I didn't have to miss work). He was timely with any appointments we had and turned the quote around quickly. Repairs were completed without a hitch. I was really impressed that they were able to match the shingles of the roof and paint very well. Its very hard to tell there was ever a repair done. I would highly recommend Bruce and his team. They did an excellent job and even followed up after the first big rain once the repairs were completed.
