G2 did a great job of meeting with my insurance adjsuter after a hailstorm. They delivered on every part of the process and exceeded my expectations. Greg Rice, one of the owners, was personally involved with the insurance adjuster and got us a very fair settlement.The work was completed in a very timely manner. Joshua, the Project Manager was awesome and did a superb job of communicating with me throught out the entire process. Two thumbs up!

G2 General Contractors (Mold remediation) Did a great job. We found that we found mold under our kitchen sink and later found it in our bathroom. They sent their work crews who quickly sealed off the area and took care of the mold. This was a several day process, they used fans and filters after the mold infected areas had been removed. The workers were friendly and knew what had to be done and wasted no time getting it done. I was in communication with James at G2 often and he was always very responsive. I never had to wait long for a return phone call. I highly recommend this company. The work we had done is not inexpensive but I know it was done right!Service: Home repairs

G2 has been a great company to work with on 2 projects. I had water damage on my home and needed an extensive remodel and my rental home needed abatement and remodel as well. They were quick and professional. Justin is a responsive project manager - Garrett was as well. Both of my experiences went smoothly from the pack up and move out to actually completing the work. I contacted G2 through the Good Contractor's List (as well as a few others). They were the first company to respond to me and we were able to meet in person the same day I reached out.We had a large project including fencing, gutters, roof replacement, and some interior water damage. Our project manager was Tony and he coordinated everything so well. He was able to work around my schedule and finish all the jobs in a 3 day window. I'm still in awe because it has only been 6 days since I contacted them!His teams did great work. The texture matching on our ceiling repair is particularly great.I highly recommend G2.

We recently had a water heater leak and cause much damage. We quickly called G2 to clean up the mess and start the remediation process. Used this company a few years ago. They were owned and operated by retired firemen and they were awesome. Contacted them again when we had water damage in our bathroom. Spent over an hour on the phone with the rep., explained everything that needed to be done, discussed the money that our insurance company had allotted for the repairs, plus other work we would like to have done "while they were here". Sent the insurance adjuster's report. Guy calls me back the next day and says he showed the report to his supervisor, and since it was just a small job there was no profit margin in it for them, and I was better off just hiring a handyman! Apparently my little $4000 job was not something they wanted to bother with...I was told that if it was a $25,000 they might be interested, but there was no money for them in such a small job. The rep. could have told me they did not handle small jobs when he talked to me the first time! What a waste of time! Unless you have a HUGE remodel and HUGE budget, do NOT bother with this company.

Having been in business contracting for a couple decades now, I will say it’s hard to find a general contractor who does what they say they are going to do. That has been my companies experience with multiple projects we have done with G2.I particularly want to shout out to Drake. Get him managing your project and you’ll understand why we like him. All in all, G2 in every experience we’ve been partnered together on took an earnest approach to the customers needs, and navigated the scope of work to accommodate all parties involved. That’s rare folks and takes effort that very few practice in the contracting world.Great job guys and gals, and keep it up.Keith A Shugart

Was in the midst of selling my home in Keller when the home inspector identified mold contamination in the laundry room. Since we were under a considerable time crunch we selected a remediation "expert," received his estimate only to discover that he intended to sub-contract the work and his fee was astronomical. My realtor got in touch with Justin at G2 Restoration who not only contacted and refuted the "expert's" claims but offered a fee structure much more in line with my expectations. Justin's crew started the work earlier than originally scheduled which was a lucky thing as his crew found the extent of the contamination and damage was greater than anticipated. There was also an unnecessary issue raised by the buyer that was a considerable distraction but the work and re-build were all completed prior to the close of the house. Justin and his support staff are consummate and respectful professionals. Highly recommended.

I couldn't have been more pleased with G2 Restoration! Justin Hopkins was the Project Manager, and he responded quickly to my calls. I had company coming from out of state and needed mold remediation ASAP. He worked around my schedule. When my schedule unexpectedly changed on Sunday, he was able to get his crew there by 8:30 Monday morning instead of the following week as originally requested.The two young men, Landon and Grayson, who set up the "clean room" tent and did the mold remediation, were very polite and hard-working individuals from start to finish. When DCG Environmental came to inspect their work and test the air, I was told, "That's the BEST containment setup job I have ever seen. It looks spotless and is the type of job I would expect at the Whitehouse." The crew who rebuilt my wall and painted the area didn't just repaint the wall they replaced--they repainted the entire room! It looks wonderful!

I cannot say enough good things about G2 General Contractors. I worked directly with James Rice and he treated me like I was his only customer. We had a major leak in our house with plumbing and he was quick to find a solution to our problem and help us get it covered by insurance. If it wasn't for James, we would have had to battle with insurance and would have probably lost. I highly recommend them to the general public!

We had a water leak in our wall that we did not know about so we called our insurance to see if we could make a claim for water and mold damage. My INSURANCE, NOT ME, called G2 our to my house where they took pictures, set up 2 machines for 2 days and taped plastic over the moldy wall. The insurance company said we were not covered for mold damage and that they wouldn’t be paying out. So I called G2 and told them what the insurance said. They sent someone out to pick up their equipment and sent me a bill. Now I’m getting threats of a lean against my property for non payment when my husband and I had nothing to do with them even coming out to our property. If anything the insurance company (State Farm by the way)..is responsible.

BEWARE. It was hard to find these guys to review- they have two names and two addresses, it looks like paperwork issued is under different phone numbers, too. But I found them! How anyone has been in business since 09 with ZERO reviews is sketchy at best.We had a leak and water damage- American Home Shield sent these guys out to dry it, and then repair. The charges for 11 dryers and to pull up some carpet (not remove) and remove padding was insane. The kid who did the work Raul was awesome and such a hard worker.To come back and fix the damage, was astronomical! Here are a few examples:Toilet paper dispenser- remove and reset: $27.51;Mask and prep for paint- TAPE ONLY: $33.39.There is more of this insanity. The labor was separate from "Manipulation Charge"... Never seen anything like this. I can only assume since they go through insurance, they jack up prices. Or they really didn't want the job.

WATCH OUT!!! This company was sent out after we had a Hot water heater issue. They were supposed to dry our floors and I guess that's it because that's all they done. They dropped off the heaters for 3-4 days and was there only 30 mins, but wrote on the paperwork that they were there for 7 hours. They called and stated they couldn't make it one day, but still charged us for labor on that day. They removed our baseboard from the wall and broke it in the process and never replaced it or fixed it. He just took it upon himself to lay it to the side. We were charged over $2000.00 for them to drop off heaters and pick them up!!! USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!
