Carlos was amazing to work with. I was worried about some damage to our roof after the most recent hail storm. Communication was great and he came out to inspect it while I was home. He was very honest and said he didn’t see any damage except a few curling shingles. He gave me a report with pictures and offered to caulk the shingles down for us. I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you have any problems with your roof!

We are so grateful for Granada! We had bad storms and water coming through our smoke detectors and air vents inside the house at 11pm Thursday night. I texted David and he immediately responded and arranged for them to come out the next morning. Carlos was on time and tarped up our roof for the weekend and they are returning today to complete the repair. What a great company to be so responsive and fast to repair! They are very honest, fair, and trustworthy. We feel so blessed to have found them!Editing to say: They work so incredible hard in this heat and humidity. They promised us they would come today but would be delayed due to needing to take breaks because of the heat. They stayed true to their promise and came to fix our roof at 9:00pm, after a very long day of hard work. These guys are incredible! (I did offer for them to come another day but they refused because they are that great!)

I highly recommend Granada Roofing. I had contacted several different companies for estimates and theirs was the most detailed. Also, rather than just emailing me a PDF, they showed up to go over the bid in person and explain what it was covering. The roof was very old and the decking needed to be replaced. That was something I was already expecting, so I'm glad they included it. The roofers who just flew over with a drone missed that detail and would have hit me with more costs later.They were very flexible with the schedule and the install went off without a hitch. Yes, a worker did put his foot through the ceiling in one spot, but they had the room cleaned and the ceiling repaired that same day. Things like that are bound to happen once in a while, but what made the difference is how smoothly and professionally they handled it.I will definitely use them again if I need repairs in the future.Services: Skylight repair, Roof repair, Attic venting installation
