I can not say enough about this group. We called these guys and the very day we called they came out and looked at our roof. Ismael and Pedro made this whole process a breeze. They got in touch with our insurance group and made this process all simple. The following week they arrived and were on my roof and had all of it done in a day. Great experience with the Hi-Def Team. We discussed all the details surrounding the replacement of our roof after a recent hail storm. We never felt pressured to pull the trigger with them and were given the space and time to evaluate our options. As we discussed some long overdue repairs with Ismael, we were able to negotiate additional projects while they were on-site. Overall, we were very pleased with the way our roof and the other improvements were repaired and completely appreciate the courteous manner in which we were treated.

The job had to be expedited due to the closing date of the sale of our house. We were hit by straight-line winds, in June. Hi-Def replaced my roof, fascia and soffits. Then the tornadoes struck us in October, and of course I called Ismael and William to replace siding and gutters and chimney cap, that had been blown off. My exterior is virtually new and ready for 25-30 years of nature with superior remodeling products at a great value. Ismael is going to patiently answer every question you have and then he will deal with your insurance company. Hi-Def will be my go-to contractor for interior upgrades as well.

After the Oct 20th tornado we had endless roofers knock on our door and got abut 8 quotes. No one could beat Hi-Def's price. William was great to work with. He was extremely responsive and professional and dropped by multiple samples for us to chose from. When it came to the install, man were they fast! Showed up at 7:20 am and the entire roof was off by 8:15 and they were completely finished by 3pm! The roof looks absolutely fantastic and after seeing so many neighbors getting new roofs lately, I know we got the best crew for the job and in my opinion, best looking roof! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Ismael and his crew did an awesome job! They replaced my roof, gutters, and screens. The entire process only took 2 days! One thing I was worried about was nails and debris being left in the yard since I have two dogs, but after inspecting my yard thoroughly I found they left no trace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Had HI-DEF out to replace our aging and damaged roof by tornados of Oct. 20, 2019. Fantastic job at a great price. Ismael Soriano and his crews were awesome! Be careful with Hi Def because they only do exterior work and they hire a subcontractor, who can do it for cheap price. I called Hi Def Exteriors for an estimate for interior damage and Ismael did not tell me until later they only do exterior.  Ismael hired a subcontractor Yepez Painting Exterior and Interior to complete the repairs in the kitchen.   The subcontractors job was lousy, they worked one day for 2 hours and did not come back until after a week.  The subcontractor plumber damage the water pipe that caused water damage to the wall, cabinets and floor area.  I called Ismael and he accepted responsibility and paid the damage “at a discounted price” and told me he would pay for the two water damage cabinets and said he will pay for the cabinets “it’s the cost of doing business.” He did not keep his word.Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
