Sean was amazing! I called one day and he was here the next day and fixed it all! I needed roof vents replaced and some caulking all around the house, also had some cracked mortars throughout the exterior of my home and he fixed it all. Sean's personal attention to quality and detail was outstanding!! Highpoint replaced our roof quickly (hail damage), using upgraded materials and techniques that add further protection from leaks and will actually save on future energy bills. AND they worked with my insurance company to ensure that I got everything entitled to me from my coverage. They were able to fix a stubborn leak and repair the interior damage and it looks great! HighPoint Exteriors did an excellent job from start to finish. They were the most responsive among several companies for my request for a quote. They worked with our insurance company to successfully make a claim so that we only had to pay the deductible to replace our damaged roof, and the work was great. Sean, the owner of HighPoint came to my house and fixed two leaks I had in my roof vents. He also found and fixed other vents that needed work that I did not know about.After fixing the vents he showed me the before and after pictures and also a pic of a vertical wood piece that needed some attention. Sean is the first guy in 3 years since we have had the house to point out this issue.Sean's attention to detail it top drawer, he believes in quality workmanship and it shows. I worked with Miguel and High Point Exteriors to remodel a kitchen and two bathrooms in a unit of my duplex. Miguel was referred to me by a previously satisfied customer, my brother. I was very impressed with the quality and timeliness of my brother’s project, so I called to get an estimate on my project.Miguel was outstanding. He guided me through the process and made suggestions that actually SAVED me money. I was very impressed. Miguel returned all calls/texts promptly. In my experience, that is rare for contractors. I felt that Miguel really had an interest in my satisfaction.After the remodel was done, I made the mistake of going with a cheap handyman to replace some exterior doors. The cheap group damaged the trim, hung the back door poorly, and did not return phone calls. They reminded me why I value Miguel and High Point Exteriors so much. I have learned my lesson! I will always try to work with High Point Exteriors going forward.

I spoke with Aric to get my quote started. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had the house looked at and a quote for our gutters very quickly. Pricing was very reasonable and we were given options on how we wanted things to look and add ons we could have installed. When they came out for installation, the guys were on time and finished the job ahead of their estimated time. They did a great job! Aric followed up to make sure we were happy with the product and service.We also had Aric come check our roof and our neighbors roof after a hail storm. He was quick to respond, thorough, and honest. He could have told us lots of damage was done, but he didn’t. Another company had people going door to door trying to get business. They claimed there was definite damage and it would be unsafe for us to not have our roof replaced. They did their “inspection” from the sidewalk. Thankfully we already knew we had no problems thanks to Aric.

Excellent working with Miguel Alaniz on our roofing project, which combined a standard roof with a challenging flat roof over our sunroom. The engineers at HighPoint found the right solution to each problem area of the roof, incl. building up around the chimney, adding a chimney cap which covers the entire brick structure, sealing the connections between our flat roof and the house roof, and working on our skylights to make them watertight again. Work was done cleanly, professionally. We had challenging weather with intermittent rain and freezing periods. HighPoint crew knew what to do and when to do it to ensure proper application of roofing materials. Strongly recommend.

We were visiting family in Dallas and were discussing some issues we were having with our roof with family. Mr. Alaniz was sitting behind our booth. As we got up to leave, Mr. Alaniz introduce himself and said he couldn’t help but hear of our dilemma. He excused himself for overhearing our conversation. He asked if we had a few moments to speak with him. We couldn’t help but to listen to this young man speak so kindly and gave us suggestions as to how we could go about and fix our roof. He took time from his family and spoke to us in such a manner that we wished he could come to San Antonio and help us. He appeared to be extremely knowledgeable and spoke to us in a manner that we could understand. We thanked him for his time and suggestions. We walked away thinking that this stranger came out of nowhere and seemed to care about what we were experiencing. He was kind and gave us solid and lasting information. We found a company who listened to what we had to share. Our problem was taken care of in a manner that satisfied my husband and we were able to stay within our budget.
