We signed a contract for work on April 14 2014 to be completed by June 15 2014. The project involved finishing a room addition to the home, leveling the entire home, and several misc items that our lenders home inspector requested so we could close on our mortgage. Because of the missed deadline(s) we have had to pay additional interest payments on our construction loan including June, July, August, and September. Very little work was ever completed at all and the room is still unfinished to date. The work that was done was inferior and caused additional damage to our home, costing us additional time, money and has even left unsafe conditions in our home. The water heater was moved and the water lines were not capped. We must now replace flooring and drywall in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a hallway, and part of the living room due to water damage. The installed plumbing lines ran overhead into the ceiling which is against what we requested. Soft piping was used instead of rigid which all had to be redone. These new problems will now have to be fixed before we can have the home's final inspection with the expense coming out of our pocket since Hutchins and their insurance company has continued to delay and stall the process on our liability claim against them. We were also told a kitchen sink repair had been completed but it wasn't and the continued leak ruined our kitchen flooring. We had to pay another company to repair the leak and the floors now need replaced. After supposedly leveling our home, none of our doorways in the main hallway can shut. We were told that a mid-beam and 6 piers needed to be installed to stabilize the room addition. We were told that was completed. Upon inspection by an adjuster we discovered no piers or mid-beam were placed. We also discovered some support pillars are leaning at an unsafe angle as well as being shimmed up with broken pieces of hardy backer material instead of proper shims. The concrete underpinning was not poured properly and is already disintegrating out from under the house. Our air conditioning pad was also improperly propped up and has now sustained a large crack in it and it will have to be replaced. Water continues to collect under the home since the drainage was not properly installed and must be redone. The drainage installed has come up out of the ground and must be replaced. The work crew also damaged the siding on our home around the places that underpinning was installed as well as two vents they broke out on the West side of the house and did not replace. Part of the agreed work was to also add additional vents on the North side of the home and that was never done either. Workers sent to our home were unsupervised and not professional workmen. We actually engaged in on site instruction of how to complete some of the work because they were unsure how to proceed. Sometimes only one worker would arrive alone and would leave after wandering around and doing nothing. We arranged and rearranged scheduled work only to have work crews fail to ever appear or crews would appear to complete work that was not on the schedule or needed yet. Walls were installed that were not plumb or square and had to be redone in order to hang doors. When the work crews left we noticed we were missing a roll of 12/2 electrical wire. We may lose our mortgage loan because of this company's unprofessional and inferior service.

I think they are the best roofing company in the DFW area by for. They did my commercial building with the TPO system, And done such a great job they did my home with TruSlate an its beautiful. like i said best in the DFW area by far.
